TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and agencies associated with this promotion, and any registered travel companions of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.

Promotion commences on 12/5/11 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on
21/5/11(‘Promotion Period’).4.
To enter individuals must:(a) visit the official Jetstar Australian Facebook page
(
http://www.facebook.com/JetstarAustralia);
(b) become a fan of the Facebook page by clicking the ‘like’ button on the
page; and
(c) click the competition tab (Win Flight Voucher) on the Facebook page and
input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form
during the Promotion Period.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries
and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and
to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors
and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver
of those rights.
6. Incomplete, indecipherable or incomprehensible entries will be deemed
invalid.

Only one entry permitted per person.8. The draw will take place at Jetstar Airways Pty Limited, Level 4, 222 Bourke
Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 24/5/11 at midday (AEST).
9. Winners will be notified by email and phone. The winners names will also
have their names published in The Australian on 31/5/11.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The first five (5) valid entries drawn will each win a $500 Jetstar voucher. The
maximum total prize value is $2,500.

12. All travel is subject to Jetstar’s Conditions of Carriage and the Jetstar Voucher
Terms and Conditions available at
www.jetstar.com/au/en/travelinfo/giftvoucher-terms.aspx.
13. Each winner must book their prize travel within 6 months from the date their
voucher was issued, and complete their prize travel within 12 months from the
date the voucher was issued.
14. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the
recipient is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not redeemable for
cash or other goods and services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other
person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. Winners will not accrue Qantas
Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel. An upgrade cannot be purchased on
airfares with cash or Qantas Frequent Flyer Points.
15. The winner is responsible for his or her accommodation, transfer, meal and all
other incidental costs associated with redeeming the prize voucher and no
other benefits are included in the prize.
16. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does
not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be
forfeited.
17. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to
substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject
to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an Entrant being
unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a
prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed at 11:59am (AEST) on 25/8/11, a
second draw will be held at the same time and place as the original draw,
subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners (if any) will be
notified by email and phone. Winners (if any) will also have their names
published in The Australian on 31/8/11.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image
and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or
recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without
remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any
outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter.
20. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from
complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for
any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter
reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or
modify or suspend this promotion.

21. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers,
employees, contractors, agents and Facebook (Promotion Parties) will not
be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising
out of this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize,
including but not limited to any breach of these Terms and Conditions,
contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or
statutory remedy (Damages) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct,
indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that cannot
reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of
things, even if those Damages were in the contemplation of the Promotion
Parties.
22. The exclusion of liability in clause 21 does not apply to limit or exclude liability:
a) for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the
supply of goods or services which are supplied by the Promoter in the
ordinary course of business. To remove doubt: third party goods or
services, which other than in connection with this promotion, are in the
normal course of business supplied by a third party unrelated to the
Promotion Parties, are not supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary
course of business; and the Promoter’s Conditions of Carriage and
general booking conditions (and any exclusions contained therein)
apply despite any statement to the contrary in these Terms and
Conditions; or
b) to the extent it is not permissible at law to limit or exclude liability in the
manner contemplated in that clause (in which case that liability is
limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
23. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph
of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless
the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in
connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of
the promotion and awarding any prizes. Without limiting the foregoing,
entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this promotion will
be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement, a copy of
which is available at

24. Entry and continued participation in the Promotion is dependent on entrants
following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights
and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at
http://www.facebook.com/terms.php.
25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their
information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant
provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and
Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion
must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
