2.Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4.This Promotion is open to permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years and older. Employees of the Promoter, participating agencies associated with this offer and the Promoter, and the immediate families of the above listed persons are ineligible to participate (Eligible Claimant).

6.Five (5) claims shall be permitted per each household or one IP address. Any additional claims made shall be deemed invalid.
7.To be eligible to claim, individuals must purchase a 2L Golden Circle Light fruit drink with a promotion sticker from a Participating Retailer. 8.To claim, claimants must log on to
www.GoldenCirclePromos.com.au and fully complete the online claim form. This includes entering the Promotion Code, the last five (5) digits of the product barcode and the last five (5) digits of their purchase receipt. Claimants must retain the Promotion sticker and original purchase receipt (Proof of Purchase).
9.Promotion is limited to the first 10,000 valid claims received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period (Claim Limit). The first 10,000 valid claims received during the Promotion Period will receive a $5 Coles Gift Card (Coles Gift Card).
10.A valid claim is one that has all sections of the on-line claim form complete and otherwise complies with these terms and conditions. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
11.Claims are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter.
12.Coles Group Limited is the issuer of the Coles Gift Card but is not the promoter of the offer. Coles Group Limited is therefore not responsible for the prizes, products or services under the offer or the fulfilment of the offer terms. Coles Group Limited is responsible for the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of the Coles Gift Card.

14.Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Coles Gift Card are not included. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the participant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
15.Any unused balance of the Coles Gift Card will not be awarded as cash.
16.Coles Gift Cards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Coles Gift Cards must be taken as offered and may not be varied.
17.The Promoter is not responsible for any Coles Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before they reach the claimants or after they have been released to the claimants.
18.The successful claimants will be notified by mail within 28 days from receipt of the claim by the Promoter, and will be posted a Coles Gift Card within the same timeframe. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19.The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any claims received by the Promoter after the Claim Limit has been reached.
20.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants. If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Claimants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion: (a) appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to participate in the Promotion and compliance with these Terms and Conditions; and (b) their Proof of Purchase that corresponds to all claims they have submitted in the Promotion. If the items required by the Promoter are not received or a claimant has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the claims(s) submitted by the claimant will be deemed as invalid. Claims may only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction.
21.If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
22.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act.
23.The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred by the claimant in relation to this Promotion, other than those that are expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions.
24.All claims become the property of the Promoter. Details from claims will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including where relevant, local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion.
25.By participating in this Promotion, claimants consent to the use of their information as described above, including for marketing purposes without any further reference or payment to the claimant.

27.Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
