Terms and conditions

1.Entry and participation is free by way of subscribing to the promoters email newsletter, and is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18, other than the members, employees and their families of North East Victorian Tourism Inc. and Tourism Victoria.
2.The promoter is North East Victorian Tourism Inc. ABN 38 822 949 309
3.By entering this competition the entrant acknowledges that North East Victorian Tourism Inc. may use the information gathered for promotional purposes
4.A valid email address must be entered in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
5.One winning entry will be drawn.
6.Package is for two people, twin share.
7.The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
8.Entries close 5pm, 17th June 2011 (AEST).
9.The winners will be drawn on 22nd June at 4pm at the offices of Tourism Victoria, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne.
10.The winners will be notified by email.
11.The winner must claim the prize within 2 weeks of being notified that you have won. Failure to claim the prize within two weeks will result in a redraw.
12.The judges' draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13.Entries will become the property of the promoter and will not be returned.
14.Entry in this competition shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
