Conditions of Entry

1. Instructions on “How to Enter” form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is open to residents of Australia, other than employees of ACP Magazines Ltd, ABN 18 053 273 546, and their associated agencies and families.

2 Competition opens 21/05/11 and will run weekly until series end 13/08/11. Entry is by watching Discover Down Under each week, visiting the website, www.discoverdownunder.com.au and explaining, in 25 words or less, what did you most like about the show?

3 Entry is also open to all Australian residents over 18 years of age, who enter at discoverdownunder.com.au, along with their 25 words on why you would like to visit the top tourist park featured in the episode, between 21/05/11 and 13/08/11.

4 The winning entry will be judged by Caravan World Editorial team by 11 am on the Friday following on from the original episode, at Trader Classifieds 73 Atherton Road Oakleigh, VIC 3166. Winners will be notified by email on the Friday following on from the original episode.

5 All entries become the property of ACP Magazines Ltd, care of ACP Trader Classifieds Pty Ltd, ABN 18 053 273 546, the promoter, at 73 Atherton Road, Oakleigh, Vic 3166, and may be used in future marketing promotions

6 The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the conditions will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.

7 Total prize value is $8,502 AUD. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.

8 Prize includes 5 x $100 Top Tourist Park Vouchers, 1 x Dometic Ice Box valued at $59 and a subscription to Caravan World & Campertrailer Australia Magazine – Total value $749. Maximum value of each prize is $100. Each prize will be drawn individually and at random.

9 In participating in the competition, the winners will agree to participate and co-operate as required all editorial activities relating to the competition, including, but not limited to being interviewed and photographed and filmed for publication in Campertrailer Australia magazine and online at www.caravanworld.com.au. The winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such editorial and photographs in all media worldwide, and as such the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

10 The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion are governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents Page for location in this issue).

11 By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.

12 The prize package(s) will be delivered within 28 days of the draw. If by October 1st 2010 the prize has not been claimed it is the responsibility of Trader Classifieds that the competition be re drawn on October 2nd at 11am, at Trader Classifieds 73 Atherton Road Oakleigh, VIC 3166. Re-drawn winners will be notified by phone and by post on 02/10/10.
