1.The Promoter is Wotif.com Pty Ltd ABN 81 092 257 504, 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064 (Promoter). The permit numbers for this promotion are NSW permit no. LTPS/11/02794 issued on 28/03/2011 and ACT permit no. TP 11/01278.1 issued on 29/03/2011.
2.Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3.Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4.The promotion is open to residents of Australia.
5.The promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on 16 May 2011 and closes at 5.00pm AEST on 30 June 2011.
6.To be eligible to enter the prize draw, individuals must purchase any pack of Sunny Queen eggs from any participating store during the promotional period. To enter, individuals must then visit the promotion website at
www.wotif.com , enter their details: name, email address, telephone number and the last six digits from their product barcode for their qualifying purchase and sign up to the Wotif.com and Sunny Australia newsletters.
7.All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 2.00pm AEST on 5 July 2011 at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064. The first valid entry drawn will win return economy flights for two adults and two children from their nearest Australian capital city to Fiji (valued at approximately AU$2,500), seven nights accommodation in an Ocean Breeze Room at Sheraton Fiji Resort and daily breakfast (valued at approximately AU$2,500) (Prize Voucher).
8. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
9.An unclaimed prize draw will take place at 2.00pm AEST on 5 October 2011 at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064, should any winner of the main draw be uncontactable.
10.The Prize Voucher is valid for 12 months and bookings made with the Prize Voucher are subject to availability at the time of booking. Travel dates must be between 01 August 2011 and 30 June 2012. Blackout periods include, 1 - 31 July 2011, 24 September - 16 October 2011, 24 December 2011 - 14 January 2012, 17 - 26 April 2012, 20 June - 31 July 2012, and any Australia and New Zealand school holidays.
11.The Prize Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
12.All bookings using the Prize Voucher must be made through the Wotif Marketing team by 1 August 2011.
13.Cash cannot be contributed towards the balance of the flights. Any unused value of the Prize Voucher will not be redeemed for cash or other form of credit.
14.The maximum total value of the prize pool is valued up to AU$5,000.
15.The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 days of the draw. The winner's details will also be published at
www.wotif.com for a period of three months.
16.The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
17.Entrants must retain a photocopy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoters, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
18.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
19.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
20.The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
21.If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
22.In order for you to participate in this promotion the Promoter will collect your name, email address, state, region, and phone number. The purpose for collecting this personal information is to enable the Promoter to administer the promotion. By entering this promotion you agree to receive Wotif.com's email newsletters and you agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the competition for related research and marketing purposes. If you opt to receive Sunny Queen Australia newsletter, you agree they may use aggregate information collected from the competition for related research and marketing purposes.
