    The Promoter for this competition is Comparison Pty Ltd ABN 67 145 691 532.

    Entry is open to all Australians who are over the age of 18 years as at 23/05/11.

    To enter, eligible entrants must create an active account with Comparison Pty Ltd at http://www.comparison.com.au/. This requires the entrant to complete a registration form then to activate the account by responding to an email confirmation by 11.59pm 13/11/2011.

    There is a limit of one entry per person.

    Incomplete or incomprehensible entries due to any circumstance be it technical or otherwise, will be deemed invalid.

    After signing up, the entrant must remain a member of Comparison Pty Ltd for the promotional period in order to be eligible to win.

    Employees of the Promoter and its agents and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

    The winners will be announced in the week following each draw on the Comparison Pty Ltd website.

    The prizes will be dispatched to the winners as soon as we have received their postal details, all prizes will be sent by 25/11/11.

    Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

    There are six prizes for this competition. The prize draw will take place at Comparison Pty Ltd, 5 Napier Street, NSW 2070. The prize draws will be held at 10am AEST on 13/06/11, 11/07/11, 15/08/11, 12/09/11, 17/10/11 and the 14/11/11. At each draw, the first valid entry drawn will be awarded one iPod shuffle 2GB valued at $65 AUD.

    The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

    The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright of any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.

    In the event that the Promoter is unable to supply the prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to supply alternative prizes of similar monetary value.

    The Promoter accepts no responsibilities for late entries or entries not received for any reason.

    Comparison Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

    Comparison Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize.

    Comparison Pty Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

    The Promoter's decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into this competition will be deemed to be an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

    If any prize is not claimed by 20/11/2011, the Promoter will hold a second chance draw for all unclaimed prizes at 10am on 21/11/2011.  All participants whose entries were accepted for previous monthly draws will be eligible to take part in the second chance draw, except for those entrants who have already been awarded and claimed a prize.
