To enter, consumers must purchase a pack of Penta-vite Wizz Kids, available in either 60’s, $19.95 (RRP) or 120’s, $37.95 (RRP) from participating pharmacies. Consumers must also complete in full the official entry form and provide the bar code number on the entry. Consumers must answer the competition question, “In 25 words or less tell us why your family deserves to win a family holiday and Crocodile adventure”. Proof of purchase is to be retained to be eligible as a winning entry. 2. Promotion commences 20th May 2011 and closes last mail received 12th August 2011. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining winner. Each entry is individually judged based on creative and literary merit. Judges' decision is final.
3. The best entry from all eligible entries received, as determined by the judges, will win the major prize of a family holiday to Northern Queensland valued at a maximum of AU$4,920. Prize includes: economy class airfares and transfers from the winner’s nearest capital city up to a maximum value of AU$3,000. Accommodation valued at AU$1,606 for 7 nights for a family of 4 in a 2 bedroom apartment at The Lakes Cairns Resort and Spa. Accommodation subject to availability at time of booking and not available in school holidays, long weekends or during special events. 7. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, the Promoter may judge the entries again and select new winner/s at the same time and place as the original competition judging on 10th February 2012. Unclaimed prizes will be subject to any written directions given under applicable trade promotion laws and regulations. The winner/s will be notified by mail within 7 days and their name/s will be published on the Australian Family website. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The Promoter collects Eligible Entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrant may not participate in the promotion.
