1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand only other than employees of News Magazines and their associated agencies and families.

2. The contest opens 18th of May 2011 and closes last mail 1st of June 2011. Enter as many times as you like, but each entry must be written on the back of a separate envelope, with 25 words or less stating why you would love to come to the show, as well as which show (Melbourne or Sydney) you would like to go to. Entries are to be sent to SFI/GFWS, Locked Bag 5030, Alexandria NSW 2015. Alternatively entries can be submitted through our Facebook page www.facebook.com/superfoodideas

3. The contest will be judged by a panel appointed by News Magazines, 180 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. No responsibility is accepted for late or misdirected mail, or for prizes damaged in transit. All entries become the property of News Magazines, 180 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015, and may be used in future marketing exercises. Each entry will be judged on its literary and creative merit on the 1st of June 2011.

4. This prize consists of a double pass to the Good Food and Wine Show. There will be 10 double passes awarded for the Sydney show (July 1-3) and 10 double passes awarded for the Melbourne show (June 3-5). Any change in the value of the prizes occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It is the competition entrant's responsibility to ensure that they are availble to attend the show on the dates provided above. No responsibility will be taken for winners who cannot use their tickets or attend on the show dates for any reason.

5. Winners will be notified by phone or mail.
