Terms and Conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Valid entries consist of entries submitted online from Saturday, May 7, 2011 via
www.thewest.com.au/westweekend with all the required fields filled in. All entries must be submitted by 10am on Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Only one entry per valid email address.
3. Subject to clause 17, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia over the age of 18. Photo identification may be required upon collection of the prize. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian. Age restrictions apply. Any minor guest must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian on trip.
4. The prize winner will be drawn at 11am on day Wednesday, May 25, 2011. The winner will be notified by telephone after the prize draw by a representative of West Weekend Magazine. In the instance that the winner cannot be contacted on the phone number provided within five (5) working days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
5. The winner will then be sent a letter be a representative of West Weekend Magazine detailing their prize and containing information on how the prize package is to be booked.
6. The first entry, drawn at random from all valid online entries, will be deemed the winner and will receive the following prize for two people:

7. Trip is provided on a share basis. Winner and guest must travel together.
8. Estimated prize value may fluctuate slightly due to time of the year the trip is taken in relation to high and low season. The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions are correct at time of printing and subject to change. 9. Prize to be taken by between 30, May 2011 and 20, December 2011. Trip is subject to availability at time of reservation. The winner must select dates that they would like to redeem the prize and inform the West Weekend Magazine representative that sent the winner's letter. The winner must call the West Weekend Magazine representative at least 3 weeks prior to the dates they would like to redeem their prize package to allow time to book. All prize elements must be taken at the same time, no split bookings can be made.
10. The prize and booking of the prize are subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of all the participating venues.
11. All additional costs incurred will be at the expense of the winner.
12. The prize must be taken as supplied and is neither redeemable for cash nor transferable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
13. It is the winner's responsibility to make their own way to the venue to claim/redeem their prize.
