One of the finest television series ever created, The Killing is a tight thriller from Denmark about a young murdered girl and the on-going investigation into her death – which brings up suspects in the form of teachers and prominent politicians. For fans of State Of Play (the British TV series, not the film) who wished it to be a more unnerving and cinematic experience.
