Belle Fanuli promotion - Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to Belle magazine readers who are Australian residents aged 18 years or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
The promotion commences 10:00am, AEST 2nd May 2011, and closes at 23:59pm, AEST 3rd July, 2011.
Enter by purchasing the June/July 2011 issue of Belle magazine and reading the Fanuli offer on page 183. You can enter by mail or email. To enter tell us your contact details including your name, postal address and email/phone contact and tell us in 25 words or less What is your favourite Fanuli Furniture piece and why? Send your completed entries by mail in a stamped/ Franked envelope to Belle reader offer, Belle magazine, PO Box 4088, Sydney, NSW 2001. Alternatively, send your completed entries by email to
belleprizes@acpmagazines.com.au, with your name and the word/s FANULI GIVEAWAY in the subjectline.
Incomplete, incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging. All entrants must retain their copy of Belle as proof of purchase.
This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges. Judging will begin on 12 noon on 11th July 2011 at the judges’ premises. The winner will be notified by mail using contact details provided in their entry.
The best entry determined by the judges will be deemed the winner and will receive: $10,000 towards a new purchase of Fanuli Furniture from the Cremorne showroom. Prize is awarded in the form of a voucher.
Total prize pool is valued at $10,000. Prizes do not include any ancillary or delivery costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.
Prize is valid up to 11 January 2012. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If the winner is unable to go to the Fanuli Furniture Cremorne NSW Showroom, the winner is able to redeem their prize over the phone. To view the selection of furniture in the showroom the winner can go to

Redemption of prizes is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Prizes do not include travel to and from the store for redemption or any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize.
Where component of the prize is awarded in the form of a voucher/ letter/ ticket/ pass, any costs in excess of the value of the voucher/ letter/ ticket/ pass (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. In the event that the cost of items/ services purchased using the voucher/ letter/ ticket/ pass is less than the value of the voucher, the balance of the value of the letter/ ticket/ pass /voucher will not be awarded as cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any voucher/ letter/ ticket/ pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the voucher/ letter/ ticket/ pass is subject to any terms and conditions specified on the voucher/ letter/ ticket/ pass. Redemption of prize is subject to the normal business guidelines of the service provider/ venue of redemption. Prize and any unused portion of the voucher/ ticket/ letter/ pass prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If the total value of the Fanuli Furniture chosen by the winner exceeds the amount of $10,000 (Prize) theses costs are the responsibility of the winner.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) participation in the promotion and/ or (g) redemption of a prize.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents page of Real Living for location in this issue, and also see below).
By entering the competition and providing an email address, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
