This competition is open to any person who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Fat Kids or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners). Australian entrants ONLY.

The person who invites the most people AND has the most creative comment on the Boombox facebook page will be the winner. The winners will be notified by email by 24th of June 2011. The winners may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising. Winners will need to come pick up the boombox during the event. Unwillingness to do be involved with any publicity or advertising and picking up of the prize will forfeit the giveaway.
PRIZE:
The prize consists of a classic Boombox. Prize as stated and non transferable. No cash or other alternatives available. Fat Kids reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will be ready for pick up on the 24th June 2011 at Boombox.
WINNERS LIST:
The winner consents to their surname, first initial, town, state and country being made publicly available. The winners name will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.
OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Fat Kids’s decision shall be final. Fat Kids reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
