1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. 2. The Promoter is Scenic Tours, Level 14, 56 Pitt Street Sydney NSW 2000. Phone 1300 136 001. 3. Entry is open to Australian residents only over the age of 18 and entry is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of Conditions of Entry. 4. Scenic Tours employees, their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry. 5. 1 x major prize will be allocated in total. 6. Major Prize: I. The major prize includes a ‘Jewels of Europe River Cruise’ holiday packages, for 2 people in a Balcony Suite on board a Scenic 'Space-Ship' with return economy class airfares for two on airline of Scenic Tours choice from major capital cities. The holiday package will be for a total of 15 days and 14 Nights (excluding Flight Time). II. The prize includes 42 meals as specified in the tour and includes port charges. III. T
he competition closes on the 31st August 2011. One major prize winner will be chosen on the 30th September 2011 and be contacted. The winner will be announced in The Australian newspaper. IV. Prize does not include travel insurance, items of a personal nature, meals (other than featured in the itinerary), laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or upgrades etc. V. The Prize is neither non-transferable nor redeemable for cash. VI. The Prize is valid for two adults and travel is valid for up to 12 months from the closing date of competition and is limited to availability on set departures. Blackout period may apply. VII.
