03.Entry is only open to people who sign up to the Homeworld Shopping Centre Newsletter between 9.00am, 1 June 2011 to 5.00pm 31 December 2011 (“Eligible Entrant”).
04.Entry is open to all residents of the state of Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
05.Only one entry is permitted per person.
06.Employees of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
07.No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
08.One winner will be selected by a random draw which will take place at R&B Creative Communication, 1 West Street, Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220, Australia on the first day of every month from July 2011 until December 2011.
09.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.The winner will be notified by email, using the nominated email address supplied when entering the competition. If the contact details supplied on a winning entry are recorded incorrectly or are illegible, the Promoter does not accept responsibility for the inability to make contact with the winner and another winner will be selected. The prize will be posted to the winner. The winner’s name will be published on the Homeworld website (homeworldtuggeranong.com.au) for a period of one (1) month following the prize draw date.
11.Each valid entry drawn will win a prize of $200 shopping vouchers to a Homeworld Store of their choice. Vouchers must be redeemed in a Homeworld Store. For a list of stores please visit the Homeworld website (homeworldtuggeranong.com.au).
12.If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value.
13.The total prize pool value is AUD $1200 (Jun-Dec 2011).
14.Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
15.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by the law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
16.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access, or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
01.The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested on the entry form is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Entrants’ personal information will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
