The Escape Caravanning Promotion Terms & Conditions.
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Western Australia, aged 18 and above. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their related corporate bodies and Agencies are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
3. The Promotion commences at noon AWDT on 10 June 2011 and closes at noon AWDT on 24 June 2011 (‘‘Promotion period’).
4. To enter, participants must complete the Entry Form on:

www.perthnow.com.au/win during the promotional period.
.5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
6. The Prize draw will take place at 3pm (AWDT) on 27 June 2011 at The Sunday Times office located at 34 Stirling Street, Perth WA 6000. All eligible entries will be entered into the draw. All winners will be notified by phone and in writing, the first three (3) eligible entries drawn will win the Prizes, in descending order of value.
7. The Prizes:
- The first eligible entry drawn will win a Jayco Eagle Camper Trailer, including an Awning, Bed End Flys, delivery and on-road costs, valued at $23,700. Comprehensive Insurance will be the responsibility of each Winner.
- The next eligible entry drawn will win one (1) week’s motor home hire, courtesy of Apollo Motor home Holidays, valued at a maximum $2,000. (Conditions apply).
- The next eligible entry drawn will win an OZtrail Camping Pack which includes a Breezeway Family Dome, Anywhere Bed Queen, Blaxland Jumbo Hooded 5" Sleeping Bag, Royale Hard Arm Chair, Easy Table 4, 40 LED Rechargeable Lantern, 20pc Travel Dinner Set and a Gas Anywhere Stove, vvalued at a maximum $1,082.
The maximum retail value of all Prizes is $26,782. (Prize value is correct at the time of printing).
8. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant not claiming any Prize. If any Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct further draws, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw, on 20 October 2011. 9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners agree to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and Promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
11. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
