So essentially, is there no point if none of your friends are using the app? I don't think any of my friends are but ohwell... the feedback on the wall suggests that most people are having trouble getting their prizes?
No your friend does not need to have the mood meter app or even be a liker of Nivea to send them a gift and win. I have won a few things in it. Also the comments on the wall are from the 20,000 free bottle of Nivea giveaway not from the mood meter comp. Some havent got theirs yet but 20,000 to send out will probably take a while I got mine a while ago but I entered when it first showed up. Id keep entering all your entries every day at different times I remember I won once about 10:10 am and another time won 12:27pm so its pretty random. They're are alot of people entering it so its not the easiest to win on the 20,000 bottle promo was advertised on TV and gained alot of peoples interest for the page which im sure flowed onto the Mood Meter Competition...
