HERE are the terms and conditions for the CRVA Promotion.
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions, is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Queensland, aged 18 and above. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their related corporate bodies and Agencies are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
3. The Promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 19 June 2011 and closes at 5pm AEDT on 3 July 2011 ('Promotion period').
4. To enter, participants must complete the Entry Form on:
http://www.couriermail.com.au/travel during the Promotional period.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
6. The Prize draw will take place at 3pm (AEDT) on 4 July ne 2011 at News Queensland, Cnr Campbell St & Maybe Rd, Bowen Hills QLD 4005. All eligible entries will be entered into the draw. All winners will be notified by phone & in writing on July 4 2011. The first three (3) eligible entries drawn will win the Prizes, in descending order of value.
7. The Prizes: The first eligible entry drawn will win a Jayco Eagle Camper Trailer, including an Awning, Bed End Flys, delivery and on-road costs, valued at $23,700. Comprehensive Insurance will be the responsibility of the Winner.
The next eligible entry drawn will win 1 week's motorhome hire, courtesy of Apollo Motorhome Holidays, valued at a maximum $2,000. (Conditions apply).
The next eligible entry drawn will win an Oztrail Camping Pack which includes a Breezeway Family Dome, Anywhere Bed Queen, Blaxland Jumbo Hooded 5" Sleeping Bag, Royale Hard Arm Chair, Easy Table 4, 40 LED Rechargeable Lantern, 20pc Travel Dinner Set and a Gas Anywhere Stove. valued at a maximum $1,082.
The maximum retail value of all Prizes is $26,782. (Prize value is correct at the time of printing).
8. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant not claiming any Prize. If any Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct further draws, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw, on 20 October 2011. The winners, if any, will be notified by phone and in writing, on 4 July 2011.
9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners agree to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and Promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
11. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
12. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this Promotion. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
13. The Promoter collects information about you to include you in the Promotion and, where appropriate, to award prizes and may also use the information to assist it in improving its goods and services and to contact you, including by electronic communication methods (including email and SMS) in the future with special offers. The Promoter may share your information with its Australian related companies who may contact you with special offers.
The Promoter may also share entrant information with other persons or entities that assist it in running Promotions or with other companies who provide Prizes for Promotions or reader offers.
14. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees in addition to the above uses, that the Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information, to State and Territory lottery departments, the winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation and the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner's names and suburb in any media.
