Disney on Ice Worlds of Fantasy Competition
1. Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion commences at 9am Saturday 25 June 2011 and concludes 5pm Friday 1 July 2011 (“Promotional Period”).
3. The Promoter is Indooroopilly Property Management Pty Ltd ABN 94 144 809 174, Centre Management Office, Level 5, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, 322 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly, Queensland 4068.
4. In conjunction with the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre ice rink the Promoter will be giving away a total of four (4) tickets (“free gift”) to one (1) skater each day to the Disney On Ice Worlds of Fantasy production showing at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
5. For customers to go into the running to win the free gift they will need to visit the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre ice rink, Centre Court, Level 1 during the Promotional Period. Four (4) tickets to see Disney On Ice Worlds of Fantasy will be given away at a random time each day during the Promotional Period to one (1) skater. The winner will be selected by a staff member working at the ice rink.
6. The four (4) tickets to see Disney On Ice Worlds of Fantasy must be used on Saturday 2 July at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. The four (4) tickets are 4A reserve tickets and can be any combo of adults and children (four spaces available only). 7. The Disney On Ice Worlds of Fantasy tickets are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged.
8. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Separate ice rink Terms & Conditions apply and must be adhered to. Terms & Conditions are available at the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre ice rink, Centre Court, Level 1.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any person.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
