Prize

Win a heli-boarding trip for two in Queenstown, NZ with Harris Mountains Heli-Ski. Prize includes return flights to New Zealand, 3 nights accommodation at Distinction Queenstown Nugget Point Boutique Hotel & Spa and breakfast daily – The prize package is valued at over $3000.


Entry

Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia only.
The competition will commence at 10am (NZ time) Friday 17th June and finish at 5pm Sunday 31st July 2011.
To provide each entrant with this competition, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant. If you do not provide the information requested, you will not be entered into the competition. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter. Employees of Torpedo7 Limited and their immediate families, and other companies associated with the promotion, are ineligible to enter the competition.
All competition entry details incorrectly entered shall be deemed invalid.
Proof of identity, age and residence may be requested at Torpedo7's discretion to validate a winning entry.
When registering for this promotion you are automatically subscribed to receive an update of your activity in regards to this promotion. Harris Mountains Heli-ski Terms and Conditions

The Harris Mountains Heliski prize includes a 4 run heliski day for two people valued at $1690.
It is expected that the recipients can and are able to ski or board.
Prize is valid for the 2011 heliski season and can be used any day of the week - subject to availability and weather and snow conditions.
Prize is non-transferable, cannot be sold or redeemed for cash and travel must be commenced and completed during the 2011 heliski season.
Entrants 16 – 18 years who enters and wins must travel with an adult in order to claim the prize.
Harris Mountains Heliski shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Harris Mountains Heliski reserve the right to use winners’ names, and photos for reasonable publicity associated with the prize draw.
Original prize-winner voucher must be presented to Harris Mountains Heliski.
Ski equipment and gear not included.

Distinction Queenstown Nugget Point Boutique Hotel & Spa Terms and Conditions

Offer based on availability.
Offer applies to bookings made for any stay date until 1st October 2011.
Offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion of the hotel, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.
Additional costs including and not limited to transport, food, spending money and other incidentals are the responsibility of the winner.
