There will be 1 major prize winner drawn from the pool of entries received during Promotion Period 2 (the “SMS MAJOR PRIZE WINNERS”).

SMS Instant Prize Winners will be issued a unique six digit prize claim number (the “PRIZE CLAIM NUMBER”) as determined by the Beinteractive Pty Ltd Instant Win system. The unique six digit Prize Claim Number will need to be recorded by the SMS Instant Prize Winners for prize verification purposes. In the event of any dispute with the Promoter, or at the Promoter‟s request, SMS Instant Prize Winners will be required to correctly quote their unique Prize Claim Number to be awarded their prize. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the award of a prize to an Entrant who cannot provide a valid and unique Prize Claim Number. PARTICIPATION
1. This competition (the “PROMOTION”) is conducted by FOXTEL Management Pty Ltd (“FOXTEL”) ABN: 65 068 671 938 of 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW, 2113 (the “PROMOTER”).
2. The Promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winners.
3. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the prize if they are a winner.
4. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
5. The Promotion will be advertised on The Comedy Channel and via www.facebook.com/thecomedychannel.
6. The Promotion is only open to eligible entrants (the “ENTRANTS”), being individuals who are:
a) permanent residents of Australia; and
b) over the age of 15
and are not:
c) employees of the Promoter, AUSTAR, Optus TV featuring FOXTEL or FOXTEL from Telstra or an employee of these companies‟ related corporations or agencies or any other company associated with the Promoter and the Promotion; or
d) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee.
7. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
8. The Promotion includes an online promotion (the “ONLINE PROMOTION”) and an SMS promotion (the “SMS PROMOTION”). Entry to the Online Promotion commences at 00:01hrs on Thursday 30 June 2011 and closes at 23:59hrs on Wednesday 13 July 2011 (“PROMOTION PERIOD 1”). Entry to the SMS Promotion commences at 20:00hrs on Monday 18 July 2011 and closes at 18:30hrs on Saturday 23 July 2011 (“PROMOTION PERIOD 2”). All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney, which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date. ENTRY
9. To enter the Online Promotion, during Promotion Period 1 an Entrant must:

10. An Entrant will receive a bonus entry into the Online Promotion, if during Promotion Period 1, the Entrant:
a. enters the Online Promotion; and
b. consents to an SMS reminder being sent to them about the upcoming South Park episodes or signs up to the Comedy Channel online newsletter.
11. To enter the SMS Promotion during Promotion Period 2, an Entrant must:
a. watch the South Park Countdown Marathon on The Comedy Channel during one of the entry periods (the “ENTRY PERIODS”) listed in the table below; and

12. An Entrant‟s entry must not be, without limitation:
a) late;
b) delayed;
c) incomplete;
d) incomprehensible;
e) unlawful;
f) obscene;
g) defamatory;
h) libellous;
i) threatening;
j) pornographic;
k) harassing;

l) hateful;
m) racially or ethnically offensive;
n) capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;
o) capable of violating any law; and/or
p) capable of giving rise to civil liability.
13. Entry to the Online Promotion is limited to 1 entry per Entrant per day during Promotion Period 1.
14. Subject to the other conditions, Entrants may enter the SMS Promotion multiple times during Promotion Period 2. However, only one SMS Instant Win Prize will be awarded per person (excluding SA residents). An SMS Instant Prize Winner may also win the SMS Major Prize and the Online Major Prize.
15. Entry for the Online Promotion is free, however, any costs associated with accessing the Website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
16. Entrants must make their Website entries manually using an internet browser. The Promoter may reject entries if it reasonably forms the opinion that an entry has been made using automated entry means or by use of a computer entry service.
17. SMS entry will not exceed $0.55 cents per entry, including GST.
18. SMS entries via the internet or computer generation are invalid and will not be accepted.
19. SMS entry is only open to consumers with an SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits text messaging to the SMS Number. Entrants should check with their individual service provider in this regard.

21. Entrants in the Online Promotion must ensure that their entries are received by the Beinteractive database during Promotion Period 1. Entrants in the SMS Promotion must ensure their entries are received by the Beinteractive database during one of the Entry Periods listed in clause 11. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Beinteractive database not time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications or interactive service or equipment including SMS messages not received by the Promoter or for any delays in the delivery of any SMS message due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
22. Should an Entrant‟s contact details change at any time between the date that they enter the Promotion and Monday 24 October 2011, the Entrant must notify the Promoter of their new details immediately.
23. All entries to the Promotion may be subject to verification by the Promoter. An Entrant must, within 7 days of being asked, at the Promoter‟s cost:
a) hand over to the Promoter any receipt (if applicable) issued at the point of entering; and
b) allow the Promoter to inspect and copy any other documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including but not limited to evidence of age, residence and/or identity.

24. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof that winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered, subject to State Regulations.
25. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party, or otherwise by proxy, will be invalid.
26. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an Entrant to be invalid if the Entrant:
a) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter‟s satisfaction; or
b) fails to produce items as required by Condition 22 or produces items that are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or
c) appears, to the Promoter, to have tampered with, or benefited from tampering with, the entry process; or
d) has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
WINNERS
27. There will be 1 major prize winner drawn from the pool of entries received during Promotion Period 1 (the “ONLINE MAJOR PRIZE WINNER”).
28. There will be 1 major prize winner drawn from the pool of entries received during Promotion Period 2 (the “SMS MAJOR PRIZE WINNERS”).
29. There will be 30 SMS instant prize winners over all Entry Periods outlined in clause 11 (the “SMS INSTANT PRIZE WINNERS”).

32. The Online Major Prize Winner, SMS Major Prize Winner and SMS Instant Prize Winners are referred to together in these Terms and Conditions as the “WINNERS”. The Online Major Prize, SMS Major Prize and SMS Instant Win Prizes are referred to together in these Terms and Conditions as the “PRIZES”.
33. The Online Major Prize Winner will be drawn electronically at 11:30hrs on Thursday 14 July 2011 (the “ONLINE MAJOR PRIZE DRAW DATE”) by Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, North Sydney, NSW, 2060. The Online Major Prize Winner will be notified in writing within 2 days of the Online Major Prize Draw Date and the Online Major Prize Winner‟s name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 29 July 2011.
34. The SMS Major Prize Winner will be drawn electronically at 19:00 on Saturday

23 July 2011 (the “MAJOR PRIZE DRAW DATE”) by Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060. The SMS Major Prize Winner will be notified in writing within 2 days of the SMS Major Prize Draw Date and the SMS Major Prize Winner‟s name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 29 July 2011.
35. The SMS Instant Prize Winners will be notified instantly via reply SMS and in writing within 2 days of the close of the relevant Entry Period.
36. At the conclusion of the SMS Promotion all Entrants (excluding the SMS Major Prize Winner and SMS Instant Prize Winners) will be entered into a second chance prize draw (the “SECOND CHANCE PRIZE DRAW”) to win any un-won instant win prizes. The draw will take place at Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060 on Monday 25 July 2011 at 11:30hrs. The winners will be notified within 2 days of the draw in writing.
37. The Promoter‟s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
38. Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Promotion, if a Prize is: (i) not claimed by a Winner by 09:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011; or (ii) forfeited for any reason, the Prize will be awarded to another Entrant in an unclaimed prize draw (the “UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW”) commencing at 12:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011 by Beinteractive, at Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060. The winner/s of the Unclaimed Prize Draw (also “WINNER/S”) will be notified by telephone and mail within 2 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. If the Prize value exceeds $250.00 the Winner/s‟ name/s will be published in The Australian newspaper on Monday 31 October 2011.
39. If the Promotion winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner‟s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner.
PRIZES
40. The Online Major Prize Winner will win a trip to New York for 2 people valued at a maximum of $10,000 (the “ONLINE MAJOR PRIZE”). The Online Major Prize includes:
o 2 x return economy class airfares from the Online Major Prize Winner‟s nearest capital city in Australia to New York City, valued at a maximum of $6900
o Return shuttle transfers from the airport to hotel, for 2 people, valued at a maximum of $184
o 5 nights accommodation at a minimum 4 star hotel (twin share), valued at a maximum of $2020
o 2 x Mezzanine Premium tickets to „The Book of Mormon‟ show mid-week performance, valued at a maximum of $760
o New York Beast site seeing speedboat ride for 2 people, valued at a maximum of $136
THE TOTAL ONLINE MAJOR PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $10,000.00
41. The SMS Major Prize Winner will receive $10,000.00 cash (the “SMS MAJOR PRIZE”).
THE TOTAL SMS MAJOR PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $10,000.00.
42. The SMS Instant Winners will each receive $100.00 (the “SMS INSTANT WIN PRIZE”).

THE TOTAL SMS INSTANT WIN PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $3,000.00.
43. THE TOTAL PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $23,000.00.
44. The SMS Major Prize and the SMS Instant Win Prize will be awarded to the SMS Major Prize Winner and the SMS Instant Prize Winners in the form of a cheque made payable to the Winner and crossed not negotiable or directly deposited into the Winner‟s account by electronic funds transfer.
45. All Prize values and components of Prize values are correct as at 14 May 2011. Prize values are reflective of the Recommended Retail Price and are in Australian Dollars. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in Prize values.
46. Unless expressly stated all other costs and expenses associated with taking the Online Major Prize become the responsibility of the Online Major Prize Winner including:
a) taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included in the Online Major Prize);
b) costs associated with applications for passports and visas;
c) inoculations;
d) additional transfers;
e) laundry charges;
f) spending money;
g) meals and drinks;
h) travel insurance;
i) any additional sightseeing or activities;
j) gratuities and services charges; and
k) all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred by the Online Major Prize Winner and/or their travel partner as a direct or indirect result of taking the Online Major Prize that are not otherwise stated as included in the Online Major Prize.
47. The Online Major Prize Winner and the Online Major Prize Winner‟s travel partner are responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
48. All aspects of the Online Major Prize must be taken together as a package. The Online Major Prize must be taken by 14 July 2012. Travel is not available during peak season, special events and school holidays. The Online Major Prize Winner must book travel at least 2 months prior to their preferred departure date. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Online Major Prize Winner does not take the Online Major Prize or an element of the Online Major Prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Online Major Prize or that element of the Online Major Prize will be forfeited by the Online Major Prize Winner.
49. The Online Major Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
50. All travel included in the Online Major Prize is subject to availability and may be dependent on the availability of airline tickets or rooms with the accommodation partner.
51. Frequent Flyer points are not available for any of the flights included in the Online Major Prize.
52. Airline tickets included in the Online Major Prize cannot be used as part payment

of another airfare.
53. If the Online Major Prize Winner and/or their travel partner determine that travel insurance is required, they will be responsible for arranging and paying for such travel insurance.
54. The Online Major Prize Winner and their travel partner must depart from and return to the same point of departure and travel together.
55. The Online Major Prize Winner and their travel partner must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure.
56. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Online Major Prize Winner and/or their travel partner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
57. The Promoter and Beinteractive make no representation as to the safety conditions or any other conditions that may exist at any destination included in the Online Major Prize.
58. If the Online Major Prize Winner is under the age of 18 they must be accompanied on the Online Major Prize by a parent or guardian.
59. The Prizes cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash (except the SMS Major Prize and SMS Instant Win Prize).
60. The Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from them winning the Prize and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the Prize.
61. The Prizes can be transferred at the Promoter‟s sole discretion. In the event that the Promoter exercises its discretion to allow a Winner to transfer the Prize, the transfer will be on the condition that the transferee accepts all terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter may require such acceptance in writing in its absolute discretion.
Once any Prize has left the Promoter‟s/Supplier‟s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the Prize.
GENERAL
62. Programming, printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
63. Unless fraudulent or ineligible under these Terms and Conditions, all existing claims for prizes and entitlements to claims will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
64. The Promoter reserves the right to take any action necessary in its sole discretion at any time, subject to any direction given under State permit regulations.
65. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion (the “RELEVANT PARTIES”) will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, expense or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, that caused by any person‟s negligence) by any Entrant in connection with the Promotion or the Prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss or loss of profits; (ii)

any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; and (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
66. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any direction given under the relevant State/Territory permit regulations.
67. The Winners acknowledge that the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties. The Winners must become acquainted with any such additional terms and conditions prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional conditions imposed on the taking of the Prize, nor for the breach of those conditions by any person.
68. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter:
a) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction with any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person‟s property related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion;
b) is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with the Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the Promotion; and
c) is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries or entrants‟ details.
69. Any attempt to cause damage to any website or the information on any website associated with this Promotion or to otherwise undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Promoter reserves the right to seek damages in the fullest extent permitted by law in the event that any such attempt is made, whether or not that attempt results in any such damage, interference or undermining.
70. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each of the relevant State authorities.
71. These rules are Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Entrant and the Promoter with respect to the Promotion and cannot be altered, modified or amended.
72. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
73. Authorised under permit numbers:

PARTICIPATION
1. This competition (the “PROMOTION”) is conducted by FOXTEL Management Pty Ltd (“FOXTEL”) ABN: 65 068 671 938 of 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW, 2113 (the “PROMOTER”).
2. The Promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winners.
3. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the prize if they are a winner.
4. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
5. The competition will be advertised on The Comedy Channel and via www.facebook.com/thecomedychannel.
6. The Promotion is only open to eligible entrants (the “ENTRANTS”), being individuals who are:
e) permanent residents of Australia; and
f) over the age of 15
and are not:
g) employees of the Promoter, AUSTAR, Optus TV featuring FOXTEL or FOXTEL from Telstra or an employee of these companies‟ related corporations or agencies or any other company associated with the Promoter and the Promotion; or
h) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee.

8. Entry commences at 00:01hrs on Thursday 30 June 2011 and closes at 23:59hrs on Wednesday 13 July 2011 (the “PROMOTION PERIOD”). All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney, which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:00hrs is the start of a day and 24:00hrs is the end of a day.
ENTRY
9. To enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period, an Entrant must:

j. become a fan of The Comedy Channel Facebook page; and
k. click on the „WIN!‟ tab and then the „South Park‟ application; and
l. vote for their favorite South Park episode; and
m. fill in all of the required data fields on the entry form.

o. vote for their favorite South Park episode; and
p. fill in all of the required data fields on the entry form.
10. An Entrant will receive a bonus entry into the Promotion, if during the Promotion Period, the Entrant:
a. enters the Promotion; and
b. consents to an SMS reminder being sent to them about the upcoming South Park episodes or signs up to the Comedy Channel online newsletter.
11. An Entrant‟s entry must not be, without limitation:
q) late;
r) delayed;
s) incomplete;
t) incomprehensible;
u) unlawful;
v) obscene;
w) defamatory;
x) libellous;
y) threatening;
z) pornographic;
aa) harassing;
bb) hateful;
cc) racially or ethnically offensive;
dd) capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;
ee) capable of violating any law; and/or
ff) capable of giving rise to civil liability.
12. Entry to the Promotion is limited to 1 entry per Entrant per day during the Promotion Period.
13. Entry to the Promotion is free; however, any costs associated with accessing the Website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.

14. Entrants must make their Website entries manually using an internet browser. The Promoter may reject entries if it reasonably forms the opinion that an entry has been made using automated entry means or by use of a computer entry service.
15. Entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
16. Should an Entrant‟s contact details change at any time between the date that they enter the Promotion and Monday 24 October 2011, the Entrant must notify the Promoter of their new details immediately.
17. All entries to the Promotion may be subject to verification by the Promoter. An Entrant must, within 7 days of being asked, at the Promoter‟s cost:
a) hand over to the Promoter any receipt (if applicable) issued at the point of entering; and
b) allow the Promoter to inspect and copy any other documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including but not limited to evidence of age, residence and/or identity.
18. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof that winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered, subject to State Regulations.
19. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party, or otherwise by proxy, will be invalid.
20. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an Entrant to be invalid if the Entrant:
e) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter‟s satisfaction; or
f) fails to produce items as required by Condition 17 or produces items that are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or
g) appears, to the Promoter, to have tampered with, or benefited from tampering with, the entry process; or
h) has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
WINNERS
21. There will be 1 winner drawn from the pool of entries received during the Promotion Period (the “WINNER”).
22. The Winner will be drawn electronically at 11:30hrs on Thursday 14 July 2011 (the “DRAW DATE”) by Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, North Sydney, NSW, 2060. The Winner will be notified in writing within 2 days of the Draw Date and the Winner‟s name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 29 July 2011.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to announce the Prize Winner on-air on The Comedy Channel, and on The Comedy Channel Facebook page.
24. The Promoter‟s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

25. Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Promotion, if a Prize is: (i) not claimed by a Winner by 09:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011; or (ii) forfeited for any reason, the Prize will be awarded to another Entrant in an unclaimed prize draw (the “UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW”) commencing at 12:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011 by Beinteractive, at Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060. The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw (also “WINNER”) will be notified by telephone and mail within 2 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. If the Prize value exceeds $250.00 the Winner‟s name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Monday 31 October 2011.
26. If the Promotion winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner‟s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner.
PRIZES
27. The Winner will receive a trip to New York for 2 people, valued at a maximum of $10,000 (the “PRIZE”). The Prize includes:
o 2 x return economy class airfares from the Online Major Prize Winner‟s nearest capital city in Australia to New York City, valued at a maximum of $6900
o Return shuttle transfers from the airport to hotel, for 2 people, valued at a maximum of $184

THE TOTAL PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $10,000.00.
28. All Prize values and components of Prize values are correct as at 14 May 2011. Prize values are reflective of the Recommended Retail Price and are in Australian Dollars. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in Prize values.
29. Unless expressly stated all other costs and expenses associated with taking the Prize become the responsibility of the Prize Winner including:
l) taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included in the Online Major Prize);
m) costs associated with applications for passports and visas;
n) inoculations;
o) additional transfers;
p) laundry charges;
q) spending money;
r) meals and drinks;
s) travel insurance;
t) any additional sightseeing or activities;
u) gratuities and services charges; and
v) all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred by the Online Major Prize Winner and/or their travel partner as a direct or indirect result of taking the Online Major Prize that are not otherwise stated as included in the Online Major Prize.
30. The Prize Winner and the Prize Winner‟s travel partner are responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and

ticketed.
31. All aspects of the Prize must be taken together as a package. The Prize must be taken by 14 July 2012. Travel not available during peak season, special events and school holidays. The Online Major Prize Winner must book travel at least 2 months prior to their preferred departure date. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize Winner does not take the Prize or an element of the Prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize or that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Prize Winner.
32. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
33. All travel included in the Prize is subject to availability and may be dependent on the availability of airline tickets or rooms with the accommodation partner.
34. Frequent Flyer points are not available for any of the flights included in the Prize.
35. Airline tickets included in the Prize cannot be used as part payment of another airfare.
36. If the Prize Winner and/or their travel partner determine that travel insurance is required, they will be responsible for arranging and paying for such travel insurance.
37. The Prize Winner and their travel partner must depart from and return to the same point of departure and travel together.
38. The Prize Winner and their travel partner must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure.
39. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Prize Winner and/or their travel partner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
40. The Promoter and Beinteractive make no representation as to the safety conditions or any other conditions that may exist at any destination included in the Prize.
41. If the Prize Winner is under the age of 18 they must be accompanied on the Prize by a parent or guardian.
42. The Winner is advised that tax implications may arise from them winning the Prize and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the Prize.
43. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by the Winner or any other party if any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable for any reason.
44. The Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded and, except as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions, cannot be taken as a monetary payment.
45. The Prize can be transferred at the Promoter‟s sole discretion. In the event that the Promoter exercises its discretion to allow a Winner to transfer the Prize, the transfer will be on the condition that the transferee accepts all terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter may require such acceptance in writing in its absolute discretion.

46. Once the Prize has left the Promoter‟s/Supplier‟s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the Prize.
GENERAL
47. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion (the “RELEVANT PARTIES”) will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, expense or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, that caused by any person‟s negligence) by any Entrant in connection with the Promotion or the Prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss or loss of profits; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; and (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
48. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any direction given under the relevant State/Territory permit regulations.
49. The Winner acknowledges that the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties. The Winner must become acquainted with any such additional terms and conditions prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional conditions imposed on the taking of the Prize, nor for the breach of those conditions by any person.
50. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter:
d) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction with any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person‟s property related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion;
e) is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with the Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the Promotion; and
f) is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries or entrants‟ details.
51. Any attempt to cause damage to any website or the information on any website associated with this Promotion or to otherwise undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Promoter reserves the right to seek damages in the fullest extent permitted by

52. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each of the relevant State authorities.
53. These rules are Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Entrant and the Promoter with respect to the Promotion and cannot be altered, modified or amended.

11. Subject to the other conditions, Entrants may enter the Promotion multiple times during the Promotion Period.

WINNERS
22. There will be 1 major prize winner drawn from the pool of entries received during the Promotion Period (the “MAJOR PRIZE WINNER”).
23. There will be 30 instant prize winners over all Entry Periods outlined in clause 9 (the “INSTANT PRIZE WINNERS”).
24. Instant Prize Winners will be issued a unique six digit prize claim number (the “PRIZE CLAIM NUMBER”) as determined by the Beinteractive Pty Ltd Instant Win system. The unique six digit Prize Claim Number will need to be recorded by the Instant Prize Winners for prize verification purposes. In the event of any dispute with the Promoter, or at the Promoter‟s request, Instant Prize Winners will be required to correctly quote their unique Prize Claim Number to be awarded their prize. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the award of a prize to an Entrant who cannot provide a valid and unique Prize Claim Number. Entrants who are not Instant Prize Winners will be notified that they have been automatically entered into the SMS Major Prize Draw.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to announce the Major Prize Winner and Instant Prize Winners on-air on The Comedy Channel, and on The Comedy Channel Facebook page.
26. The Major Prize Winner and Instant Prize Winners are referred to together in these Terms and Conditions as the “WINNERS”. The Major Prize and Instant Win Prizes are referred to together in these Terms and Conditions as the “PRIZES”.
27. The Major Prize Winner will be drawn electronically at 19:00hrs on Saturday 23 July 2011 (the “MAJOR PRIZE DRAW DATE”) by Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060. The Major Prize Winner will be notified in writing within 2 days of the Major Prize Draw Date and the Major Prize Winner‟s name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 29 July 2011.
28. The Instant Prize Winners will be notified instantly via reply SMS and in writing within 2 days of the close of the relevant Entry Period.
29. At the conclusion of the Promotion all Entrants (excluding the Major Prize Winner and Instant Prize Winners) will be entered into a second chance prize draw (the “SECOND CHANCE PRIZE DRAW”) to win any un-won instant win prizes. The draw will take place at Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060 on Monday 25 July 2011 at 11:30hrs. The winners will be notified within 2 days of the draw in writing.

The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by the Winner or any other party if any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable for any reason.

41. Once any Prize has left the Promoter‟s/Supplier‟s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the Prize.
GENERAL
42. Programming, printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
43. Unless fraudulent or ineligible under these Terms and Conditions, all existing claims for prizes and entitlements to claims will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
44. The Promoter reserves the right to take any action necessary in its sole discretion at any time, subject to any direction given under State permit regulations.
45. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion (the “RELEVANT PARTIES”) will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, expense or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, that caused by any person‟s negligence) by any Entrant in connection with the Promotion or the Prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss or loss of profits; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; and (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
46. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any direction given under the relevant State/Territory permit regulations.
47. The Winners acknowledge that the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties. The Winners must become acquainted with any such additional terms and conditions prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional conditions imposed on the taking of the Prize, nor for the breach of those conditions by any person.
48. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter:
g) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction with any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person‟s property related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion;
h) is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with the Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the Promotion; and

Any attempt to cause damage to any website or the information on any website associated with this Promotion or to otherwise undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Promoter reserves the right to seek damages in the fullest extent permitted by law in the event that any such attempt is made, whether or not that attempt results in any such damage, interference or undermining.
50. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each of the relevant State authorities.

1. This competition (the “PROMOTION”) is conducted by FOXTEL Management Pty Ltd (“FOXTEL”) ABN: 65 068 671 938 of 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW, 2113 (the “PROMOTER”).
2. The Promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winners.

10. An Entrant will receive a bonus entry into the Online Promotion, if during Promotion Period 1, the Entrant:

11. To enter the SMS Promotion during Promotion Period 2, an Entrant must:
a. watch the South Park Countdown Marathon on The Comedy Channel during one of the entry periods (the “ENTRY PERIODS”) listed in the table below; and

12. An Entrant‟s entry must not be, without limitation:
a) late;
b) delayed;
c) incomplete;
d) incomprehensible;
e) unlawful;
f) obscene;
g) defamatory;
h) libellous;

13. Entry to the Online Promotion is limited to 1 entry per Entrant per day during Promotion Period 1.
14. Subject to the other conditions, Entrants may enter the SMS Promotion multiple times during Promotion Period 2. However, only one SMS Instant Win Prize will be awarded per person (excluding SA residents). An SMS Instant Prize Winner may also win the SMS Major Prize and the Online Major Prize.
15. Entry for the Online Promotion is free, however, any costs associated with accessing the Website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
16. Entrants must make their Website entries manually using an internet browser. The Promoter may reject entries if it reasonably forms the opinion that an entry has been made using automated entry means or by use of a computer entry service.
17. SMS entry will not exceed $0.55 cents per entry, including GST.
18. SMS entries via the internet or computer generation are invalid and will not be accepted.
19. SMS entry is only open to consumers with an SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits text messaging to the SMS Number. Entrants should check with their individual service provider in this regard.

21. Entrants in the Online Promotion must ensure that their entries are received by the Beinteractive database during Promotion Period 1. Entrants in the SMS Promotion must ensure their entries are received by the Beinteractive database during one of the Entry Periods listed in clause 11. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Beinteractive database not time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications or interactive service or equipment including SMS messages not received by the Promoter or for any delays in the delivery of any SMS message due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
22. Should an Entrant‟s contact details change at any time between the date that they enter the Promotion and Monday 24 October 2011, the Entrant must notify the Promoter of their new details immediately.
23. All entries to the Promotion may be subject to verification by the Promoter. An Entrant must, within 7 days of being asked, at the Promoter‟s cost:
a) hand over to the Promoter any receipt (if applicable) issued at the point of entering; and
b) allow the Promoter to inspect and copy any other documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including but not limited to evidence of age, residence and/or identity.

24. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof that winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered, subject to State Regulations.
25. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party, or otherwise by proxy, will be invalid.
26. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an Entrant to be invalid if the Entrant:
a) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter‟s satisfaction; or
b) fails to produce items as required by Condition 22 or produces items that are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or
c) appears, to the Promoter, to have tampered with, or benefited from tampering with, the entry process; or
d) has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
WINNERS
27. There will be 1 major prize winner drawn from the pool of entries received during Promotion Period 1 (the “ONLINE MAJOR PRIZE WINNER”).
28. There will be 1 major prize winner drawn from the pool of entries received during Promotion Period 2 (the “SMS MAJOR PRIZE WINNERS”).
29. There will be 30 SMS instant prize winners over all Entry Periods outlined in clause 11 (the “SMS INSTANT PRIZE WINNERS”).
30. SMS Instant Prize Winners will be issued a unique six digit prize claim number (the “PRIZE CLAIM NUMBER”) as determined by the Beinteractive Pty Ltd Instant Win system. The unique six digit Prize Claim Number will need to be recorded by the SMS Instant Prize Winners for prize verification purposes. In the event of any dispute with the Promoter, or at the Promoter‟s request, SMS Instant Prize Winners will be required to correctly quote their unique Prize Claim Number to be awarded their prize. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the award of a prize to an Entrant who cannot provide a valid and unique Prize Claim Number. Entrants who are not SMS Instant Prize Winners will be notified that they have been automatically entered into the SMS Major Prize Draw.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to announce the Online Major Prize Winner, SMS Major Prize Winner and SMS Instant Prize Winners on-air on The Comedy Channel, and on The Comedy Channel Facebook page.
32. The Online Major Prize Winner, SMS Major Prize Winner and SMS Instant Prize Winners are referred to together in these Terms and Conditions as the “WINNERS”. The Online Major Prize, SMS Major Prize and SMS Instant Win Prizes are referred to together in these Terms and Conditions as the “PRIZES”.
33. The Online Major Prize Winner will be drawn electronically at 11:30hrs on Thursday 14 July 2011 (the “ONLINE MAJOR PRIZE DRAW DATE”) by Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, North Sydney, NSW, 2060. The Online Major Prize Winner will be notified in writing within 2 days of the Online Major Prize Draw Date and the Online Major Prize Winner‟s name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 29 July 2011.
34. The SMS Major Prize Winner will be drawn electronically at 19:00 on Saturday

23 July 2011 (the “MAJOR PRIZE DRAW DATE”) by Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060. The SMS Major Prize Winner will be notified in writing within 2 days of the SMS Major Prize Draw Date and the SMS Major Prize Winner‟s name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 29 July 2011.
35. The SMS Instant Prize Winners will be notified instantly via reply SMS and in writing within 2 days of the close of the relevant Entry Period.
36. At the conclusion of the SMS Promotion all Entrants (excluding the SMS Major Prize Winner and SMS Instant Prize Winners) will be entered into a second chance prize draw (the “SECOND CHANCE PRIZE DRAW”) to win any un-won instant win prizes. The draw will take place at Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060 on Monday 25 July 2011 at 11:30hrs. The winners will be notified within 2 days of the draw in writing.
37. The Promoter‟s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
38. Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Promotion, if a Prize is: (i) not claimed by a Winner by 09:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011; or (ii) forfeited for any reason, the Prize will be awarded to another Entrant in an unclaimed prize draw (the “UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW”) commencing at 12:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011 by Beinteractive, at Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060. The winner/s of the Unclaimed Prize Draw (also “WINNER/S”) will be notified by telephone and mail within 2 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. If the Prize value exceeds $250.00 the Winner/s‟ name/s will be published in The Australian newspaper on Monday 31 October 2011.
39. If the Promotion winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner‟s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner.

44. The SMS Major Prize and the SMS Instant Win Prize will be awarded to the SMS Major Prize Winner and the SMS Instant Prize Winners in the form of a cheque made payable to the Winner and crossed not negotiable or directly deposited into the Winner‟s account by electronic funds transfer.
45. All Prize values and components of Prize values are correct as at 14 May 2011. Prize values are reflective of the Recommended Retail Price and are in Australian Dollars. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in Prize values.
46. Unless expressly stated all other costs and expenses associated with taking the Online Major Prize become the responsibility of the Online Major Prize Winner including:
a) taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included in the Online Major Prize);
b) costs associated with applications for passports and visas;
c) inoculations;
d) additional transfers;
e) laundry charges;
f) spending money;
g) meals and drinks;
h) travel insurance;
i) any additional sightseeing or activities;
j) gratuities and services charges; and
k) all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred by the Online Major Prize Winner and/or their travel partner as a direct or indirect result of taking the Online Major Prize that are not otherwise stated as included in the Online Major Prize.
47. The Online Major Prize Winner and the Online Major Prize Winner‟s travel partner are responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
48. All aspects of the Online Major Prize must be taken together as a package. The Online Major Prize must be taken by 14 July 2012. Travel is not available during peak season, special events and school holidays. The Online Major Prize Winner must book travel at least 2 months prior to their preferred departure date. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Online Major Prize Winner does not take the Online Major Prize or an element of the Online Major Prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Online Major Prize or that element of the Online Major Prize will be forfeited by the Online Major Prize Winner.
49. The Online Major Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
50. All travel included in the Online Major Prize is subject to availability and may be dependent on the availability of airline tickets or rooms with the accommodation partner.
51. Frequent Flyer points are not available for any of the flights included in the Online Major Prize.
52. Airline tickets included in the Online Major Prize cannot be used as part payment

WINNERS

24. Instant Prize Winners will be issued a unique six digit prize claim number (the “PRIZE CLAIM NUMBER”) as determined by the Beinteractive Pty Ltd Instant Win system. The unique six digit Prize Claim Number will need to be recorded by the Instant Prize Winners for prize verification purposes. 25. The Promoter reserves the right to announce the Major Prize Winner and Instant Prize Winners on-air on The Comedy Channel, and on The Comedy Channel Facebook page.
26. The Major Prize Winner and Instant Prize Winners are referred to together in these Terms and Conditions as the “WINNERS”. The Major Prize and Instant Win Prizes are referred to together in these Terms and Conditions as the “PRIZES”.
27. The Major Prize Winner will be drawn electronically at 19:00hrs on Saturday 23 July 2011 (the “MAJOR PRIZE DRAW DATE”) by Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060. The Major Prize Winner will be notified in writing within 2 days of the Major Prize Draw Date and the Major Prize Winner‟s name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 29 July 2011.
28. The Instant Prize Winners will be notified instantly via reply SMS and in writing within 2 days of the close of the relevant Entry Period.
29. At the conclusion of the Promotion all Entrants (excluding the Major Prize Winner and Instant Prize Winners) will be entered into a second chance prize draw (the “SECOND CHANCE PRIZE DRAW”) to win any un-won instant win prizes. 30. The Promoter‟s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
31. Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Promotion, if a Prize is: (i) not claimed by a Winner by 09:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011; or (ii) forfeited for any reason, the Prize will be awarded to another Entrant in an unclaimed prize draw (the “UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW”) commencing at 12:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011 by Beinteractive, at Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060. The winner/s of the Unclaimed Prize Draw (also “WINNER/S”) will be notified by telephone and mail within 2 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. 36. All prize values are in Australian Dollars.
37. The Prizes cannot be exchanged.
38. The Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from them winning the Prize and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the Prize.

40. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by the Winner or any other party if any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable for any reason.

41. Once any Prize has left the Promoter‟s/Supplier‟s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the Prize.
GENERAL
42. Programming, printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
43. Unless fraudulent or ineligible under these Terms and Conditions, all existing claims for prizes and entitlements to claims will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
44. The Promoter reserves the right to take any action necessary in its sole discretion at any time, subject to any direction given under State permit regulations.
45. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion (the “RELEVANT PARTIES”) will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, expense or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, that caused by any person‟s negligence) by any Entrant in connection with the Promotion or the Prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss or loss of profits; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; and (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
46. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any direction given under the relevant State/Territory permit regulations.
47. The Winners acknowledge that the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties. The Winners must become acquainted with any such additional terms and conditions prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional conditions imposed on the taking of the Prize, nor for the breach of those conditions by any person.
48. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter:
g) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction with any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person‟s property related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion;
h) is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with the Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the Promotion; and

Any attempt to cause damage to any website or the information on any website associated with this Promotion or to otherwise undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Promoter reserves the right to seek damages in the fullest extent permitted by law in the event that any such attempt is made, whether or not that attempt results in any such damage, interference or undermining.
50. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each of the relevant State authorities.
51. These rules are Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Entrant and the Promoter with respect to the Promotion and cannot be altered, modified or amended.

12. An Entrant‟s entry must not be, without limitation:

13. Entry to the Online Promotion is limited to 1 entry per Entrant per day during Promotion Period 1.
14. Subject to the other conditions, Entrants may enter the SMS Promotion multiple times during Promotion Period 2. However, only one SMS Instant Win Prize will be awarded per person (excluding SA residents). An SMS Instant Prize Winner may also win the SMS Major Prize and the Online Major Prize.
15. Entry for the Online Promotion is free, however, any costs associated with accessing the Website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
16. Entrants must make their Website entries manually using an internet browser. The Promoter may reject entries if it reasonably forms the opinion that an entry has been made using automated entry means or by use of a computer entry service.
17. SMS entry will not exceed $0.55 cents per entry, including GST.
18. SMS entries via the internet or computer generation are invalid and will not be accepted.
19. SMS entry is only open to consumers with an SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits text messaging to the SMS Number. Entrants should check with their individual service provider in this regard.

21. Entrants in the Online Promotion must ensure that their entries are received by the Beinteractive database during Promotion Period 1. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Beinteractive database not time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications or interactive service or equipment including SMS messages not received by the Promoter or for any delays in the delivery of any SMS message due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
22. Should an Entrant‟s contact details change at any time between the date that they enter the Promotion and Monday 24 October 2011, the Entrant must notify the Promoter of their new details immediately.
23. All entries to the Promotion may be subject to verification by the Promoter. An Entrant must, within 7 days of being asked, at the Promoter‟s cost:
a) hand over to the Promoter any receipt (if applicable) issued at the point of entering; and

24. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof that winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered, subject to State Regulations.
25. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party, or otherwise by proxy, will be invalid.
26. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an Entrant to be invalid if the Entrant:
a) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter‟s satisfaction; or
b) fails to produce items as required by Condition 22 or produces items that are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or

WINNERS

30. SMS Instant Prize Winners will be issued a unique six digit prize claim number (the “PRIZE CLAIM NUMBER”) as determined by the Beinteractive Pty Ltd Instant Win system. The unique six digit Prize Claim Number will need to be recorded by the SMS Instant Prize Winners for prize verification purposes. In the event of any dispute with the Promoter, or at the Promoter‟s request, SMS Instant Prize Winners will be required to correctly quote their unique Prize Claim Number to be awarded their prize. 45. All Prize values and components of Prize values are correct as at 14 May 2011. Prize values are reflective of the Recommended Retail Price and are in Australian Dollars. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in Prize values.
46. Unless expressly stated all other costs and expenses associated with taking the Online Major Prize become the responsibility of the Online Major Prize Winner including:
a) taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included in the Online Major Prize);
b) costs associated with applications for passports and visas;
c) inoculations;
d) additional transfers;
e) laundry charges;
f) spending money;
g) meals and drinks;
h) travel insurance;
i) any additional sightseeing or activities;
j) gratuities and services charges; and
k) all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred by the Online Major Prize Winner and/or their travel partner as a direct or indirect result of taking the Online Major Prize that are not otherwise stated as included in the Online Major Prize.
47. The Online Major Prize Winner and the Online Major Prize Winner‟s travel partner are responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
48. All aspects of the Online Major Prize must be taken together as a package. The Online Major Prize must be taken by 14 July 2012. Travel is not available during peak season, special events and school holidays. The Online Major Prize Winner must book travel at least 2 months prior to their preferred departure date. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Online Major Prize Winner does not take the Online Major Prize or an element of the Online Major Prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Online Major Prize or that element of the Online Major Prize will be forfeited by the Online Major Prize Winner.
49. The Online Major Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
50. All travel included in the Online Major Prize is subject to availability and may be dependent on the availability of airline tickets or rooms with the accommodation partner.

53. If the Online Major Prize Winner and/or their travel partner determine that travel insurance is required, they will be responsible for arranging and paying for such travel insurance.
54. The Online Major Prize Winner and their travel partner must depart from and return to the same point of departure and travel together.
55. The Online Major Prize Winner and their travel partner must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure.

17. Should an Entrant‟s contact details change at any time between the date that they enter the Promotion and Monday 24 October 2011the Entrant must notify the Promoter of their new details immediately.
18. All entries to the Promotion may be subject to verification by the Promoter. An Entrant must, within 7 days of being asked, at the Promoter‟s cost:
a) hand over to the Promoter any receipt (if applicable) issued at the point of entering; and
b) allow the Promoter to inspect and copy any other documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including but not limited to evidence of age, residence and/or identity.
19. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof that winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered, subject to State Regulations.

20. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party, or otherwise by proxy, will be invalid.
21. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an Entrant to be invalid if the Entrant:
i) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter‟s satisfaction; or
j) fails to produce items as required by Condition 18 or produces items that are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or
k) appears, to the Promoter, to have tampered with, or benefited from tampering with, the entry process; or
l) has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
WINNERS
22. There will be 1 major prize winner drawn from the pool of entries received during the Promotion Period (the “MAJOR PRIZE WINNER”).
23. There will be 30 instant prize winners over all Entry Periods outlined in clause 9 (the “INSTANT PRIZE WINNERS”).
24. Instant Prize Winners will be issued a unique six digit prize claim number (the “PRIZE CLAIM NUMBER”) as determined by the Beinteractive Pty Ltd Instant Win system. The unique six digit Prize Claim Number will need to be recorded by the Instant Prize Winners for prize verification purposes. In the event of any dispute with the Promoter, or at the Promoter‟s request, Instant Prize Winners will be required to correctly quote their unique Prize Claim Number to be awarded their prize. Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Promotion, if a Prize is: (i) not claimed by a Winner by 09:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011; or (ii) forfeited for any reason, the Prize will be awarded to another Entrant in an unclaimed prize draw (the “UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW”) commencing at 12:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011 by Beinteractive, at Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060. 37. The Prizes cannot be exchanged.

The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by the Winner or any other party if any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable for any reason.

41. Once any Prize has left the Promoter‟s/Supplier‟s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the Prize.
GENERAL
42. Programming, printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
43. Unless fraudulent or ineligible under these Terms and Conditions, all existing claims for prizes and entitlements to claims will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
44. The Promoter reserves the right to take any action necessary in its sole discretion at any time, subject to any direction given under State permit regulations.
45. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion (the “RELEVANT PARTIES”) will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, expense or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, that caused by any person‟s negligence) by any Entrant in connection with the Promotion or the Prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss or loss of profits; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; and (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
46. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any direction given under the relevant State/Territory permit regulations.
47. The Winners acknowledge that the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties. The Winners must become acquainted with any such additional terms and conditions prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional conditions imposed on the taking of the Prize, nor for the breach of those conditions by any person.
48. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter:
g) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction with any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person‟s property related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion;
h) is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with the Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the Promotion; and

The Promoter reserves the right to seek damages in the fullest extent permitted by law in the event that any such attempt is made, whether or not that attempt results in any such damage, interference or undermining.
50. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each of the relevant State authorities.

10. An Entrant will receive a bonus entry into the Online Promotion, if during Promotion Period 1, the Entrant:

b. consents to an SMS reminder being sent to them about the upcoming South Park episodes or signs up to the Comedy Channel online newsletter.
11. To enter the SMS Promotion during Promotion Period 2, an Entrant must:
a. watch the South Park Countdown Marathon on The Comedy Channel during one of the entry periods (the “ENTRY PERIODS”) listed in the table below; and

12. An Entrant‟s entry must not be, without limitation:

10. An Entrant‟s entry must not be, without limitation:
gg) late;
hh) delayed;
ii) incomplete;
jj) incomprehensible;
kk) unlawful;
ll) obscene;
mm) defamatory;
nn) libellous;
oo) threatening;
pp) pornographic;
qq) harassing;
rr) hateful;
ss) racially or ethnically offensive;
tt) capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;
uu) capable of violating any law; and/or
vv) capable of giving rise to civil liability.
11. Subject to the other conditions, Entrants may enter the Promotion multiple times during the Promotion Period.
12. SMS entry will not exceed $0.55 cents per entry, including GST.
13. SMS entries via the internet or computer generation are invalid and will not be accepted.
14. SMS entry is only open to consumers with an SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits text messaging to the SMS Number. Entrants should check with their individual service provider in this regard.

16. Entrants in the Promotion must ensure their entries are received by the Beinteractive database during one of the Entry Periods listed in clause 9. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Beinteractive database not time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications or interactive service or equipment including SMS messages not received by the Promoter or for any delays in the delivery of any SMS message due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
17. Should an Entrant‟s contact details change at any time between the date that they enter the Promotion and Monday 24 October 2011the Entrant must notify the Promoter of their new details immediately.
18. All entries to the Promotion may be subject to verification by the Promoter. An Entrant must, within 7 days of being asked, at the Promoter‟s cost:
a) hand over to the Promoter any receipt (if applicable) issued at the point of entering; and
b) allow the Promoter to inspect and copy any other documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including but not limited to evidence of age, residence and/or identity.
19. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof that winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered, subject to State Regulations.
20. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party, or otherwise by proxy, will be invalid.
21. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an Entrant to be invalid if the Entrant:
i) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter‟s satisfaction; or
j) fails to produce items as required by Condition 18 or produces items that are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or
k) appears, to the Promoter, to have tampered with, or benefited from tampering with, the entry process; or
l) has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

WINNERS
22. There will be 1 major prize winner drawn from the pool of entries received during the Promotion Period (the “MAJOR PRIZE WINNER”).
23. There will be 30 instant prize winners over all Entry Periods outlined in clause 9 (the “INSTANT PRIZE WINNERS”).
24. Instant Prize Winners will be issued a unique six digit prize claim number (the “PRIZE CLAIM NUMBER”) as determined by the Beinteractive Pty Ltd Instant Win system. The unique six digit Prize Claim Number will need to be recorded by the Instant Prize Winners for prize verification purposes. In the event of any dispute with the Promoter, or at the Promoter‟s request, Instant Prize Winners will be required to correctly quote their unique Prize Claim Number to be awarded their prize. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the award of a prize to an Entrant who cannot provide a valid and unique Prize Claim Number. Entrants who are not Instant Prize Winners will be notified that they have been automatically entered into the SMS Major Prize Draw.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to announce the Major Prize Winner and Instant Prize Winners on-air on The Comedy Channel, and on The Comedy Channel Facebook page.
26. The Major Prize Winner and Instant Prize Winners are referred to together in these Terms and Conditions as the “WINNERS”. The Major Prize and Instant Win Prizes are referred to together in these Terms and Conditions as the “PRIZES”.
27. The Major Prize Winner will be drawn electronically at 19:00hrs on Saturday 23 July 2011 (the “MAJOR PRIZE DRAW DATE”) by Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060. The Major Prize Winner will be notified in writing within 2 days of the Major Prize Draw Date and the Major Prize Winner‟s name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 29 July 2011.
28. The Instant Prize Winners will be notified instantly via reply SMS and in writing within 2 days of the close of the relevant Entry Period.
29. At the conclusion of the Promotion all Entrants (excluding the Major Prize Winner and Instant Prize Winners) will be entered into a second chance prize draw (the “SECOND CHANCE PRIZE DRAW”) to win any un-won instant win prizes. The draw will take place at Beinteractive, Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060 on Monday 25 July 2011 at 11:30hrs. The winners will be notified within 2 days of the draw in writing.
30. The Promoter‟s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
31. Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Promotion, if a Prize is: (i) not claimed by a Winner by 09:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011; or (ii) forfeited for any reason, the Prize will be awarded to another Entrant in an unclaimed prize draw (the “UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW”) commencing at 12:00hrs on Monday 24 October 2011 by Beinteractive, at Level 2, 116 Miller St, Sydney, NSW, 2060. The winner/s of the Unclaimed Prize Draw (also “WINNER/S”) will be notified by telephone and mail within 2 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. If the Prize value exceeds $250.00 the Winner/s‟ name/s will be published in The Australian newspaper on Monday 31 October 2011.
32. If the Promotion winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner‟s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner.

PRIZES
33. The Major Prize Winner will receive $10,000.00 (the “MAJOR PRIZE”).
THE TOTAL MAJOR PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $10,000.00.
34. The Instant Prize Winners will each receive $100.00 (the “INSTANT WIN PRIZE”).
THE TOTAL INSTANT WIN PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $3,000.00.
THE TOTAL PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $13,000.00.
35. The Major Prize and the Instant Win Prize will be awarded to the Major Prize Winner and the Instant Prize Winners in the form of a cheque made payable to the Winner and crossed not negotiable or directly deposited into the Winner‟s account by electronic funds transfer.
36. All prize values are in Australian Dollars.
37. The Prizes cannot be exchanged.
38. The Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from them winning the Prize and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the Prize.
39. The Prizes can be transferred at the Promoter‟s sole discretion. In the event that the Promoter exercises its discretion to allow a Winner to transfer the Prize, the transfer will be on the condition that the transferee accepts all terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter may require such acceptance in writing in its absolute discretion.
40. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by the Winner or any other party if any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable for any reason.
41. Once any Prize has left the Promoter‟s/Supplier‟s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the Prize.

GENERAL
42. Programming, printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
43. Unless fraudulent or ineligible under these Terms and Conditions, all existing claims for prizes and entitlements to claims will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
44. The Promoter reserves the right to take any action necessary in its sole discretion at any time, subject to any direction given under State permit regulations.
45. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the Promotion (the “RELEVANT PARTIES”) will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, expense or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, that caused by any person‟s negligence) by any Entrant in connection with the Promotion or the Prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss or loss of profits; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; and (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
46. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any direction given under the relevant State/Territory permit regulations.
47. The Winners acknowledge that the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties. The Winners must become acquainted with any such additional terms and conditions prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional conditions imposed on the taking of the Prize, nor for the breach of those conditions by any person.
48. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter:
g) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction with any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person‟s property related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion;
h) is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with the Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the Promotion; and

i) is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries or entrants‟ details.
49. Any attempt to cause damage to any website or the information on any website associated with this Promotion or to otherwise undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Promoter reserves the right to seek damages in the fullest extent permitted by law in the event that any such attempt is made, whether or not that attempt results in any such damage, interference or undermining.
50. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each of the relevant State authorities.
51. These rules are Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Entrant and the Promoter with respect to the Promotion and cannot be altered, modified or amended.
52. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

PRIVACY
54. Your privacy is important to us. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants‟ personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Promotion, publicise its Winners and to send Entrants marketing information where Entrants have consented. Entrants‟ personal information may be disclosed to marketing and communications agencies in order to conduct this Promotion. Personal information about Entrants may also be disclosed to the authorities responsible for the regulation of gaming and lotteries. Winners‟ names will be published and retained as required by relevant legislation and as specified in these Terms and Conditions. The personal information of each Winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Promotion, including the Promotion administrator, Prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. Entrants can contact the Promoter by mail at PO Box 612, Moonee Ponds, Victoria, 3039 or by telephone on 131999, to request access to, or corrections of, any of the personal information that the Promoter holds about them.
