PLACE, DATE & TIME OF DRAW
A winner will be drawn at random at Davies Brothers Pty Limited, 91-93 Macquarie Street, Hobart TAS 7000, at 10.00am on Tuesday July 5 2011 from all eligible people who have placed an entry into the competition.
METHOD OF ADVISING RESULT OF DRAW
The name of the winner will be published in the Mercury on Wednesday July 6 2011 and the winner will be contacted by email.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Only 1 application is allowed per person. Any duplicate application are deleted and you will be in breach of the T+C'S for this competition.
Employees or their immediate families (spouse whether married or de facto, siblings whether full or half blood, children including stepchildren, parents including step-parents) of Davies Brothers Pty Limited are ineligible to win the Apple iPad. It will be the responsibility of the prize winner to collect the iPad2 from the Mercury's offices in Hobart.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash equivalent. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
