CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1). Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2). MAXIMUM OF 1 ENTRY PER PERSON / GROUP PER VISIT, MINIMUM SPEND $30.00. 3). Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees (and their immediate families) of MAB Corporation Pty Ltd, its related companies and their agencies, retailers, contractors and staff/employees and families of same, associated with this competition are ineligible. 4). The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
5). The first competition commences on the first day of July and closes at midnight 31 July 2011. The second competition commences on the first day of August and closes at midnight 31 August 2011. The third competition commences on the first day of September and closes at midnight 30 September 2011.
6). To enter customers must complete the official entry form and place in entry receptacle at the point of entry being a participating retailer in the NewQuay Precinct Docklands. 7). The prize comprises 1 x Epson
EH-TW3600 Projector to be won at the end of each competition, being July, August and September 2011.
. One “barrel” draw will take place in the Centre Management office at 7 Caravel Lane Docklands Vic 3008 3:00pm on the second business day following the end of each month. 9). Total prize value of each competition is $2,499.00rrp. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or alternative items. 10). Winner will be notified by mail and an announcement will be placed in the Herald Sun under Public Notices on the first Friday of each month following the end of each competition. 11). The winner accepts the prize at his/her own risk. The Promoter will not be liable for any claim, cost, expense, loss or damage whatsoever suffered or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of or arising out of or in any way connected with the conduct of this competition or the acceptance of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 12). The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If a prize remains unclaimed one month after the closing date of each competition, a second chance draw will be held at the Precinct Management office at 7 Caravel Lane, Docklands, Victoria 3008 at 3:00pm on the second business day following one month after the competition closes. The second chance draw winner will be notified by mail immediately. 13). All entries become the property of the Promoter. Your personal information is safeguarded by privacy law. The Promoter needs the requested information to process your entry and to contact you in the event that you win the competition. Entrants' contact details may be provided to others assisting in the administration of the Promotion. Entrants' contact details may be entered into a database for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes. Information collected will be subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
