The last time I felt completely relaxed was curled up in bed with my son (and a cup of tea) last week watching The Gruffalo. It's the special moments that make mums really relax and feel content.

Last time I felt relaxed and stress-free was a few weeks ago. DH took DS out for the day so I filled up the spa, light some smelly candles and played my music.

Last week. Had a day off work, sat on the couch with some herbal tea while my mum taught me how to knit, listening to relaxing music.
