The instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry and entry into the WIN a Bunnings Voucher promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
Promotion commences 5th July 2011 and entries close at 5pm local time on 31st July 2011, and the draw date is on 8th of August 2011.
Entry is open to Australian residents who are members of the Yates Garden Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
You enter the promotion by writing 25 words or less “Why you love yates products?”.
Entries are limited to one per household.
All valid entries received prior to the close of the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. to be held at Yates Australia, A Division of DuluxGroup Australia Pty Ltd , 1 Gow Street, Padstow NSW 2211 on 8th August 2011.
The 3 best entries will each win a Bunnings Gift Card valued at $50.00 each (RRP)
All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Yates Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
