Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
The Promoter is Bingle.com Pty Ltd (ABN 93 121 114 574, AR No. 312546) 601 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004. Bingle is an authorised representative of Australian Associated Motor Insurers Ltd (AAMI) (ABN 92 004 791 744, AFSL 238173), the issuer of Bingle comprehensive car insurance.
Entry is open to residents of Australia nationally over the age of 18.Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating outlets and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

To enter the weekly Minor Prize draw, participants must, in addition to providing the information referred to in paragraph 4, have answered the relevant trivia questions posted on the Internet Sites in the week preceding the relevant Minor Prize draw.
Two (2) Bonus Prizes will be awarded during the promotion to two (2) participants as determined by the Promoter. Participants will be judged and chosen having regard to:
The number of trivia questions and entered on either of the Internet Sites during the term of the promotion by each participant;
The extent to which the participant has shared this promotion with friends via Facebook; and
Any extra participation in the promotion (extra postings on the Bingle facebook page) etc.
Competition commences on 30th June 2011 at 12.00pm and closes on 8th September 2011 at 11.59 am (EST) (the “Competition Period”).

The Major Prize draw will take place at 2:00pm (AEST) at GHO Sydney, L10, 33 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 on 12th September 2011.
The winners of the Bonus Prizes will be decided on 12th August 2011 (A — Punt Road Event) & 9th September 2011 (B — 2012 Interstate Richmond Experience). If one or both Bonus Prizes remains unclaimed by 13th December 2011, a new winner for the unclaimed prize(s) will be decided on that date.
The Major Prize, Minor Prize and Bonus Prize winners will be contacted by phone and in writing using contact details provided in their entry. The winners name will also be published in The Australian on 16th September 2011. Judges' decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
There will be thirteen (13) winners in the overall promotion.
One (1) winner will receive the following Major Prize:
A Jeep Cherokee Sport, 4 Speed Auto 3.7L Petrol with an estimated value of $38,068 (based on distribution in Victoria). The prize includes on-road statutory and government charges, one year's registration (in the state or territory in which the winner resides) and dealer delivery. The prize excludes any additional accessories and all other costs are to be borne by the winner. The colour of the vehicle is subject to stock availability at the time. Chrysler will endeavour to provide the winner's preferred colour but the colour cannot be guaranteed;
Bingle comprehensive car insurance for one year covering the Jeep Cherokee up to the maximum value of $1000, subject to underwriting criteria being satisfied.

Ten (10) weekly drawn winners will receive one of the following Minor Prizes:

The Major Prize will be arranged by Chrysler and delivered during November 2011. Delivery date will vary depending on the location of winner and colour availability.
The Minor Prizes (excluding Richmond Bonus Prizes) will be arranged and delivered within 4 weeks of contacting the relevant winners.
The Bonus Prize of a Richmond Punt Road event (A) will be arranged and delivered for a game during 2012 season, convenient to both the prize winner and Richmond FC.
The Bonus Prize of a Richmond 2012 Interstate Richmond experience (B) will be arranged and delivered at a time convenient to both the prize winner and Richmond FC during the 2012 season.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash and if for any reason whatsoever, a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right substitute the prize to another prize of the same or greater value, subject to any applicable State rules and regulations.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Within 2 days of the applicable prize draw, all winners will be notified in writing of the prize they have won. In the event that a winner is unable to be contacted, and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, unclaimed prizes will be dealt with as prescribed by the law of the State or Territory of Australia in which the prize winner resides and these Conditions of Entry. The prize remains the property of the Promoter until claimed by the prize winner.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draws as follows:
on 13th December 2011 if the Major Prize is unclaimed by that date;
3 months and 1 day after the original draw of any unclaimed Minor Prize has taken place. Minor Prize re-draw dates are listed in paragraph 9 above.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) participation in the promotion and/or (g) redemption of any of the prizes.
This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
Promoter and Chrysler is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the web entry into the Promotion database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
All entries become the property of the Promoter (Bingle) and Chrysler. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with this competition are governed by the Privacy Act (Cth) 1988. By entering the competition, the entrant understands and agrees that the Promoter collects their personal information in order to conduct the promotion as well as obtain information about the entrant’s insurance arrangements. If the information requested is not provided, or the entrant does not consent to their personal information being used for these purposes, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
