HOW TO ENTER
To enter, answer all five questions posed on RedBalloon's Facebook page at
http://www.facebook.com/redballoon?v=app_6009294086. You must be a fan of RedBalloon on Facebook in order to enter. The first person with the most correct answers will win a $400 RedBalloon Gift Certificate.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Submission of entry is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
The winner will be the first person to enter the most answers correctly.
You must use a valid email address to be eligible to enter, which much be entered each time you answer each of the five questions. You must use the same email address for each question.
Promotional period commences 11/07/2011 and closes 15/07/2011 at 11.59pm (AEST). Questions will be released at a rate of one per day. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims.
The winner will be notified by email within one week of the promotion end.
If you don’t respond to the notification email within one week of it being sent, you will forfeit your prize.
All entrants must have a valid email address to enter the promotion. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion and fulfil prizing. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at

Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents, excluding ACT.
Employees of the Promoter, RedBalloon Pty Ltd, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Only one entry into the competition per person will be allowed, comprising of five questions answers per complete entry.
Contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
There is 1 x $400 RedBalloon Gift Certificate to give away.
Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash as illustrated in our voucher terms and conditions.
RedBalloon Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of the prize draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering or interfering with the entry process or any other activities which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, age and residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, as a result of taking or using any of the prizes, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter and any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
