Official Rules
Quickflix.com.au’s Win a Trip to WA’s spectacular wine region + VIP tickets to CinefestOz film festival Competition.
1. The Promoter is Quickflix Limited ABN 62 102 459 352, Level 4, 178 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.
2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are
18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4. The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
5. The promotion commences at 9am AEST, 8 July 2011 and
closes at midnight AEST, 1 August 2011.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Should more than one entry be submitted, only the first entry will be considered for the promotion, with additional entries deleted.
7. To enter the promotion, participants must submit their name, email address, and contact phone number, in the electronic entry form provided, via the Quickflix Facebook page –
www.facebook.com/Quickflix8. The Promoter will conduct a single draw to select the winner. The single draw will take place at Level 4, 178 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000, at 12pm AEST, 2 August 2011. The winner will receive:
• 2x economy return flights to Perth from nearest Australian capital city, should the winner live outside of Perth
• Complimentary airport transfers to and from Perth airport, to Busselton
• 4 x nights accommodation at 5-star Aqua Resort, Busselton
• Complimentary gift hamper upon arrival
• 2 x VIP ‘Gold’ tickets to the CinefestOz film festival
9. The prize will be arranged by the Promoter. Specific flight, transfer and accommodation details, namely airline, flight times and/or hotel, are at the discretion of the Promoter.
10. Complimentary airport transfers are provided by CinefestOz, and are at the discretion of the Promoter.

The winner must be available to travel 24 August 2011 – 28 August 2011. Validity dates for this prize will be 24 August 2011 – 28 August 2011. Subject to availability.
12. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner, including, spending money, and any incidental, non room-only charges including but not limited to room service, telephone calls and internet usage.
13. Should the winner be uncontactable by 11am AEST, 6 August 2011, another single draw by the Promoter will be conducted to select the winner at 11.10am AEST, 6 August 2011 at Level 4, 178 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000. The redraw winner will be notified on the day of the single draw in writing via email and also via phone. The winner’s details will also be published at

www.quickflix.com.au on 8 August 2011 for a period of one month.
14. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.
15. The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and, if any component of the prize is unavailable on the dates proposed by the winner, the Promoter will consult with the winner to determine alternative dates on which the prize will be booked.
16. Once tickets have been arranged by the Promoter, changes to the travel or accommodation arrangements are at the expense of the winner.
17. All components of the prize must be taken together as a single trip to be booked by the Promoter.

The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$4,500.19. The winner will be notified on the day of the single draw in writing via email and also via phone. The winner’s details will also be published at

20. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, and is subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
23. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
24. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
25. In order for you to participate in this promotion the Promoter will collect your name, telephone number, email address, date of birth and residing country. The purpose for collecting this personal information is to enable the Promoter to administer the promotion.
26. By entering this promotion you agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the competition for related research and marketing purposes.
27. All entrants will be subscribed to the quickflix.com.au email newsletter. Use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
28. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
