Terms and Conditions of EntryJoin our FREE Electronic Travel Club and Facebook Fan Page to go into the draw to WIN $5000 CASH. Please read the Terms and Conditions below prior to joining our Club or Fan Page.

Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over except the officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of the Promoter, who are not eligible to enter. The Promoter is Holiday Planet Pty Ltd, ABN: 96 095 933 869, Licence Number 9TA1193, Level 1, 288 Stirling Street, Perth 6000.
2. Entrants will automatically be entered into the draw once they have joined the Promoters E Travel Club and Facebook Fan Page. All pre-existing members will also be entered into the draw. By joining the Promoters E Travel Club entrants will receive regular Newsletters which will advise of special international and special domestic travel offers. By joining the Promoters Facebook Fan Page entrants will receive regular updates which will advise of special travel offers and news. Entrants may unsubscribe from these Newsletters or Fan Page at any time. However, to remain eligible to win the $5000 cash prize, entrants will need to remain subscribed until after the second chance drawer.

The promotion commences on 27 May 2011; entries close at 5pm AWST on 1 August 2011.4. The prize winner will be drawn at midday AWST on 3 August 2011. The draw will take place at midday AWST at Holiday Planet Pty Ltd, Level 1, 288 Stirling Street Perth. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn that is subscribed to both the Promoters E Travel Club and Facebook Fan Page. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via the email address provided in the entry. The prize winnerwill also be announced in the Promoters electronic Newsletters on 05 August 2011.
5. Three (3) attempts over a 30 day period will be made to contact the prize winner. If the prize remains unclaimed after 90 days the original winner will forfeit the prize and will have no further claim. The Promoter will then conduct a second chance draw at midday AWST on 3 November 2011 subject to any written directions given under Lottery and Gaming Regulations. Any second chance draw will be held at Holiday Planet Pty Ltd, Level 1, 288 Stirling Street Perth and will be published in the promoters Electronic Newsletters on 04 November. The second chance draw winner will also be notified by email.
6. The Prize consists of $5000 cash. The Prize winner drawn will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Duplicate entries are automatically discarded by the Promoters system, so please enter only once. However an additional entry in your name will be automatically added if you are subscribed to the Promoters E Travel Club & the Promoters Facebook Fan Page.
8. The entrant releases from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the entrant's participation in the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
12. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
13. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the personal information they submit with their entry - being entered into the Promoter's marketing database to be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
14. The entrant's personal information will be used and stored in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.
15. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition, subject to relevant Authorities.
