'Fill 'er up' Competition Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Instructions on How to Enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. The competition is open to all financial Wesfarmers and Coles Group PlatinumPlay Members.
2. The Promotion commences on Wednesday 1st June 2011 @ 8:00am and closes close of business on Wednesday 31st August 2011.
3. Enter by (a) accessing the PlatinumPlay website at
www.platinumplay.org.au, (b) click on Competitions and complete the on-line entry form and press submit.
4. Only fully completed entries will be accepted as valid. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will not be returned.
5. The draw will take place on Thursday 1st September 2011 at 8:30am at Level 5 Module 4, 800 Toorak Road, Glen Iris Victoria 3146. The first valid entry drawn will win a $1000 Coles Express Gift Card, the second, third and fourth valid entries each will win a $500 Coles Express Gift Card. Total value of prizes is worth $2500.
6. Winners will notified in writing by the 7th September 2011.
7. Winners names will be published in
(a) the September Intouch Publication at sites by the 15th September 2011
(b) on the PlatinumPlay website at
www.platinumplay.org.au, on Monday 5th September 2011, and
(c) through the e-club on Friday 30th September 2011.
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. The winners will be notified by phone on the 1st of September 2011 and by mail in writing by the 7th of September to their employment address, and arrangements made for the Prizes to be mailed or collected by the winner from a location convenient to them. Prizes must be collected no later than the Thursday 1st December 2011.
10. In the event the prizes remains unclaimed after this date, a redraw will be undertaken on Friday 2nd December 2011 at 8:30am at Level 5 Module 4, 800 Toorak Road, Glen Iris Victoria 3146. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking any part of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. In the event of a redraw the winners will be notified by phone on the 2nd December 2011 and by mail by the 7th of December 2011, winners names will also be published in
(a) the December Intouch Publication at sites by the 15th December 2011
(b) on the PlatinumPlay website at
www.platinumplay.org.au, on Monday 5th December 2011, and
(c) through the e-club on Friday 30th December 2011.
12. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought by the entrant.
14. All entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use entrants’ names and addresses and the winners’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and promotional purposes.
