TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Participation/entry in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions). Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter
2. The promoter of this promotion is AMP Life Limited ABN 84 079 300 379 of 33 Alfred Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter) who can be contacted on 1300 366 019.
Who can enter?
3. This promotion is open to Australian residents only who are aged 18 years and over, are a member of an AMP SignatureSuper superannuation plan. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter (and its related companies), and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The prize
4. There will be 1 prize winner.
5. The winner will receive one Flight Centre gift card to the value of AUD $1500 (Prize).
6. Total maximum prize pool value is AUD $1500.
7. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the travel gift card imposed by and Flight Centre (Flight Centre Terms). For full Flight Centre Terms go to

How to enter
8. Promotion commences 12:01pm AEST on 30 May 2011 and closes 10:00pm AEST on 29 July 2011 (Promotional Period).
9. To be eligible to enter, individuals must either:
(a) be registered as a member of AMP's "My Portfolio"; or
(b) during the Promotional Period, register as a member of AMP's "My Portfolio". Individuals can register for "My Portfolio" by visiting the web address
www.amp.com.au/sigsuper/myportfolio or
www.amp.com.au/woolworths/myportfolio and following the prompts for registration.
10. To enter the draw, individuals must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) log in to AMP's "My Portfolio" via the web addresses set out in clause 9(b) above; and
(b) within the "My Portfolio" home page, click on the "Go Paperless" promotional tile and, in the web page that follows:
(i) select the option "Other communications from AMP" in the "Paperless preferences section"; and
(ii) enter their email address in the space provided. By doing this the individual elects to receive AMP communications by email.
11. All entries must be received by 10:00 pm AEST on 29 July 2011.
12. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
13. Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
Promoter's rights with respect to entries and entrants
14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to:
a) verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants (including an entrant's name, age and place of residence); and
b) to disqualify any entrant who:
(i) submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
(ii) tampers with the entry process; and
c) accept in its absolute discretion any entries that contain errors or omissions.
15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
a) to disqualify any entrant; or
b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to take such steps as the Promoter considers reasonably necessary to address the interference or change of circumstances which may include modification, suspension, termination or cancellation of the promotion.
16. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
17. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The draw
18. The draw will take place on 1 August 2011 at 3pm at the offices of AMP Life Ltd, 33 Alfred Street Sydney 2000.
The first valid entry drawn at random will win the Prize. The decision is final and no correspondence entered into. The prize winner will personally be notified by email or post by 8 August 2011. The prize winner's name will be published in the October/November issue of the online version of the Signatures Newsletter (

and on My portfolio (

19. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of this Promotion including with respect to any aspect of the draw and the prize winner is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. By accepting the prize, the prize winners agree to cooperate with the Promoter in regard to further promotion, marketing and publicity purposes.
Unavailable and unclaimed prizes
20. If any prize is unavailable due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
21. If any prize is unclaimed by 1 November 2011, a draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 2 November 2011 at the same time of day and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner will be notified by email or post by 9 November 2011.
22. If for any reason this Promotion does not run as planned by the Promoter or is likely not to run as planned by the Promoter, the Promoter may take such steps as it considers reasonably necessary to manage the risks associated with the divergence which may include modification, suspension, termination or cancellation of the Promotion.
Privacy and Consent of the entrant
23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or its related companies for a period of 6 months (commencing on the day after the entrant is declared a winner).
24. The Promoter will use your personal information to enter you into the draw, to participate in the Promotion and for general marketing purposes. Your personal information may be shared with other AMP companies. You do not have to give the Promoter the information requested but if you do not, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into the draw. You may request access at any time to personal information held by the Promoter about you and ask the Promoter to correct it if you believe it is incorrect or out of date. If you win a prize in the Promotion your details may be required, by State/Territory legislation to be published in a newspaper. Information provided will be subject to AMP's Privacy Policy. 25. The entrant is solely liable for the costs he or she incurs in entering the Promotion and claiming a prize.
No Liability of the Promoter and others
26. Neither the Promoter nor its officers, employees or agents are liable for:
a) a personal injury or distress caused by a prize; or
b) any loss, damage or expense (including loss of opportunity) suffered directly or indirectly as a result of entering or winning the Promotion,
except for injury, loss, damage or expense caused by the fraud, gross negligence or breach of contract by the Promoter.
The types of liabilities contemplated by paragraphs (a) and (b) include, but are not limited to, technical difficulties, equipment malfunction, theft, unauthorised access, an entry or prize claim which is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to an act or omission beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or tax liability.
27. Neither the Promoter nor its officers, employees or agents nor Flight Centre Limited are liable for any loss, damage or expense (including loss of opportunity) suffered directly or indirectly in connection with a Prize that is lost (including but not limited to lost in transit), stolen, damaged or delayed.
