GENERAL DRAW RULES

Entry is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 or over who enter online at www.bose.com.au or www.bose.co.nz. Employees of Bose Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone connected professionally with the promotion are not eligible. Online entries must contain complete name and contact information and must be manually entered. Automated entries will be disqualified.

    One draw for a pair of QuietComfort® 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® headphones will be conducted monthly beginning 1st May 2011 and ending 30th April 2012. One entry per person per month is permitted.
    The promotion begins at 12:00 am on the first day of the month and will remain open through 11.59 pm on the last day of the month. The closing date for entries is 11:59 pm on the last day of the month in which the draw is taking place.
    There will be one prize awarded monthly as stated on the Bose Subscription page.
    The winning entry will be the first person drawn within 14 days of closing date.
    Winners will be selected by a random draw. Selections are final and promoter will not enter into correspondence. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received. Winners need not be present at the drawing to win. Winners will be notified via e-mail on the day of selection.
    No purchase necessary. Purchase does not increase the entrant's chances of winning. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
    No cash alternative is available in whole or in part.
    Promoter is not responsible in the event of technical or equipment failure or interruption, or for lost, late or illegible entries.

May release winner's name to other contest participants upon written request for winner's list by non-winner participant and
