1. One winner will be selected by random, drawn from all eligible entries received by My Dolly and Me. Winning odds are dependant upon the number of entries received. Void where prohibited.
2. A new Prize Draw starts on the 1st day of each month and the deadline for entries is the last day of the month.
3. To be eligible to enter the contest you may, depending on the competition, be required to have an active account or create one with My Dolly and Me via My Account, (this is to help prevent spam bot entries.)

4. The Contest is open only to Australian residents only.

(3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
