Monday 25th July 2011 sees the exciting launch of Moi Moi Fine Jewellery's first national competition searching for Moi Moi's Mademoiselle 2011, the official Face of Moi Moi for the launch of the new True Colours Collection.
This competition is FREE to join. You should enter:
1. If you are an aspiring model and feel that you have true
modelling potential;
2. If you are a professional or amateur model who wants to
feature in a great campaign; and
3. If you are female of 16 - 25 years of age.

TO ENTER
All you need to do is provide us with five photographs of yourself.
You also need to tell us in 25 words or less, why you should be chosen as the Moi Moi Mademoiselle - a sassy and sophisticated lady.
1st ROUND
You have to submit your entry by 29th August, 2011. Once approved, you will be published on the Moi Moi website within 48 hours. The top 12 will be chosen by the judging panel to go into the 2nd Round of the competition of voting by the public.
2nd ROUND
Voting begins. The top 12 are encouraged to have their friends, relatives, and their local community vote for them.Voting closes 28th September, 2011.
The top 4 entrants who have received the most votes will go into the Final Round. One wildcard will also be selected by the judging panel regardless of her vote count.
FINAL ROUND
The 5 Finalists will be flown to Sydney (if required) to be judged, by a panel comprising representatives from Moi Moi Fine Jewellery and Chadwick Models, where one will become the Winner and named Moi Moi's Mademoiselle 2011.
The winner is judged on their personality, their look, their modelling ability and potential.
THE WINNER
The winner will immediately sign a 12 month modelling contract with Chadwick Models. This is one of the many prizes the winner will receive.

Terms and Conditions
1) Standard terms
1.1 The promoter of this competition is Moi Moi Fine Jewellery (ABN 95 088 977 164) of Level 2, Shop 16 Queen Victoria Building, Sydney, New South Wales (NSW) 2000 (Moi Moi).
1.2 By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The instructions on how to enter the competition contained on Moi Moi's website form part of the conditions of entry.
1.3 The terms and conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
2) Who can enter
2.1 Entry is free and open to female residents of Australia aged 16 to 25 years.
2.2 If you are a professional model already contracted to a modelling agency, it is your responsibility to ensure you are contractually eligible to enter into the competition and, if successful in winning the competition, eligible to enter into a modelling contract with Chadwick Models (ABN 000 936 612) (Chadwick).
3) How to enter
3.1 The competition commences at 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Monday 25th July 2011 and entries close at 5.00pm AEST on Monday 29 August 2011 unless otherwise extended by Moi Moi. Any such extension will be notified on Moi Moi's website.
3.2 To enter the competition, the entrant must follow the instructions set out in the "Submit Entry" section on Moi Moi's website
www.moimoi.com.au. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3.3 You agree that the photos you submit to Moi Moi's website are of yourself and do not infringe any third party intellectual property rights.
3.4 Entrants and winners agree to grant Moi Moi a perpetual, royalty free, transferable, and non-exclusive licence to use all photographs taken of them for the purposes of the competition. By entering the competition, you irrevocably waive any and all moral rights you have in the submitted photograph.
3.5 All eligible entries will be published on Moi Moi's website. Moi Moi reserves the right to not publish an entrant's submission if, in its sole and absolute, the submission is unlawful, libellous or inappropriate in any way. All decisions in this regard are final.
3.6 All information and photos will not be returned and will be securely stored by Moi Moi and Chadwick.
4) Prizes
4.1 The Winner will receive the following:

4.2 The Modelling Contract is a 12-month "representation only" modelling contract with Chadwick Models. Moi Moi and Chadwick Models make no guarantees about any work placement under the Modelling Contract.
4.3 Prizes must be taken as stated and are not transferable or redeemable for cash or alternative prizes. Proof of age and residency may be required before collecting prizes.
4.4 Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Moi Moi to use winner's name and photo for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
5) Competition process
5.1 A judging panel will select, announce and contact the top 12 submissions (Top 12 Finalists) to go into the second round (Public Voting Round). The judging panel will be made up of representatives from Moi Moi and Chadwick.
5.2 The Public Voting Round opens on 31 August, 2011 and closes 5pm 28 September 2011, AEST unless otherwise extended by Moi Moi. Any such extension will be notified on Moi Moi's website.
5.3 During the Public Voting Round the public are able to vote by completing the voting online form on Moi Moi's website. Only one vote per person, per email address is permitted.
5.4 Moi Moi reserves the right to verify the validity of votes and disqualify any entrant who tampers with or benefits from tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition or reject any votes which are not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5.5 The four entrants with the most public votes during the public voting round and one wild card from the Top 12 Finalists selected by the panel of judges will be announced and contacted on or around 29 September 2011 (together the Top 5 Finalists). The Top 5 Finalists will advance to the final round.
5.6 Moi Moi reserves the right to declare any finalist ineligible if, in its reasonable opinion, the finalist is unable to represent the company in a satisfactory manner, or if a conflict of interest exists with Moi Moi or Chadwick. If this is the case, the person with the next highest votes or another wild card may take their place. All decisions are final.
5.7 The Top 5 Finalists are expected to, and must, be available to attend the final round of the competition which involves being interviewed by the judges at Chadwick offices at Level 2, 4-14 Foster Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 Sydney at 10:00am on 5 October 2011. If a Top 5 Finalist is unable to attend the final round of the competition they forfeit the competition and another Top 12 Finalist may be chosen to replace them.
5.8 Moi Moi will pay a return flight to Sydney and up to 2 nights twin share hotel accommodation in Sydney (4 and 5 October 2011) for any Top 5 Finalist attending the final round who requires flights to get to Sydney. NB: Legal guardians will need to take care of their own expenses.
5.9 After the judges have interviewed the Top 5 Finalists, the judges will decide, in their sole and absolute discretion, the winner and 4 runners up from the Top 5 Finalists. The winner will be announced on 5 October 2011. The competition is based on skill and not luck. Finalists will be judged on look, personality, modelling ability and potential. The judging panel's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.10 A copy of the pending Modelling Contract will be given to the 5 Finalists before the judging day to review.
6) Winner's obligations
6.1 The main prize winner is expected, and agrees, to undertake the following obligations:
(a) sign an exclusive 12-month modelling contract with Chadwick immediately after being announced as the winner. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian needs to be available to sign immediately following the announcement. Important: Moi Moi will pay for flights and accomodation for the winner only (if required). Their legal guardian will need to take care of their own expenses;
(b) model free-of-charge for a photo shoot for Moi Moi jewellery collections on 6 October 2011;
(c) attend Moi Moi's "True Colours Collection" launch on 19th October 2011 [Date TBC], and other promotional and media events as required during the term of the Modelling Contract; and
(d) be interviewed or write for Moi Moi's website blog as reasonably required; and
(e) any other promotional or media tasks reasonably required by Moi Moi.
7) Privacy
7.1 Moi Moi is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in relation to the handling of personal information. Moi Moi will collect entrants' personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotion. Moi Moi may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants.
No liability
8.1 Moi Moi accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prizes, either during or after the competition.
8.2 All entrants release from, and indemnify, Moi Moi, Chadwick, and all associated companies/sponsors against all liability, cost, misconduct, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
