Conditions of Entry – FAMOUS FREE MONDAYS
General
1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Conditions of Entry and any other reference to this competition, these Conditions of Entry prevail.
2.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
Who can enter
3.Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin. The Promoter is Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, 8 Central Ave, Eveleigh NSW 2015 (ABN 16 097 410 896).
4.All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. The parent or guardian may be called to verify consent and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. The release will also require the winner’s parent or guardian to accept responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner. The release must include the full name, address and telephone number of the winner’s legal guardian. Failure to provide such proof, particulars or releases will immediately invalidate the winner’s entitlement to the prize, subject to State and Territory legislation.
How to enter
5.Entrants may enter the competition by liking the Famous Facebook page and then emailing their entry to the email address displayed on the Famous Facebook page on the commencement of the competition.
6.Entries must include all requested contact details to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned.
7.Entrants may only enter once.
Open, Close, Draw and Publish dates
8.The competition commences 25/07/11 at 00:01 and closes 25/07/11 at 23:59 AEST. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
9.The fifteen winners will be the first fifteen valid entries received by the Promoter in response to the call for entries.
10.The winners will be notified by email on 27/07/11
11.Prizes will be sent within 28 days.
12.The Promoter may conduct such further draws on 25/10/11 at 11:00 at M.Net Group, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street Adelaide SA 5000 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by this date, subject to State and Territory legislation. The winners will be notified by phone and email on 27/10/11.
Prize on offer
13.Total prize value is $600.00, as at 30/06/11. Fifteen (15) winners will each receive a copy of Love Birds movie on DVD, valued at $40.
14.All winners are advised that the allocated classification guidelines for each film must be adhered to as per usual standards set out by the film Classification Board and associated domestic legislation.
