Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
1. Competition is only open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand during the competition period of 20th July – 2nd August, 2011.
2. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. The only competition entries considered valid are those completed as per these terms and conditions and submitted via the online entry form found at

www.footlocker.co.nz4. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The one answer from Au & One answer from NZ judged the most creative to the question displayed on the online entry form will win the prize of a $1500 worth of adidas gear & One [pair of Senhieser Headphones Valued at $120 AUD.
5. Prize is supplied by Foot Locker. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes will be provided as soon as they become available following the judging of the competition.
6. Final entries accepted 5.00pm 2nd August, 2011. Winners will be judged at 10:00am on the 3rd August, 2011 at VICE Australia Pty Ltd ABN 61 561 494 21, Level 1, 230 Smith Street Collingwood, VIC 3066. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be notified by email. Goods must be claimed in store by the winner, no longer then 10 working days after being notified.
8. Foot Locker will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection to any of the prizes.
9. Privacy: the promoter needs to collect the personal information on this entry in order to enter each entrant into the competition. The promoter may use personal information about each entrant for related purposes, including sending the entrant information about Foot Locker. If an entrant wishes to access the personal information held, please contact the promoter.
