Terms & Conditions:

1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Entrants under the age of 18 years may enter with the permission of their parent or guardian. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian. Employees of the Promoters, and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person will be permitted.

3. The promotional period opens July 20, 2011 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) on August 16, 2011. The judging will take place at the Promoter’s premises and will begin on August 18, 2011. The winners will be notified by phone and mail using contact details provided in their entry. Notification will take place by August 22, 2011. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit and originality.

4. To enter, individuals must describe in 25 words or less: “which range you’re loving from the collection, and why (go to www.simone-perele.com.au to view the current collection). Entrants must also “like” Simone Perele’s Australian Facebook page facebook.com/SimonePereleAUS to be eligible. Entry must be submitted at www.madisonmag.com.au during the promotional period, with full name, address, email and daytime telephone number. Individuals must submit their completed entry as instructed.

5. Major prize is valued at up to $ 18,750 which consists of return trip for two to Paris, flying Economy Class from the winner’s capital city, three nights accommodation at Hotel San Regis and a tour of Simone Pérèle design studio and must be redeemed no later than 31st December 2012. The lucky winner will also get to post a blog of their travels on www.madisonmag.com.au.

6. Major prize excludes airport taxes, spending money, travel insurance, visas, passport costs, meals, other transport costs and any ancillary costs which are the winner’s responsibility and at the winner’s expense. Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize package is excluded.

7. Holidays are subject to flight and booking availability. Black out periods may apply. 8. If the winner wishes to extend their stay at their own cost, before flights are arranged, Steadmark Pty Ltd are happy for them to do so, however flights will be booked between the winner’s nearest capital city to Paris always.

8. Runners up -five winners will each receive a set of Simone Perele lingerie valued at $250 each. Sizing of Simone Perele lingerie is subject to availability.

9. The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoters may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters.

10. The Total prize pool is valued at up to $20,000. The value of the prize is subject to change depending on the winner’s time of travel.

11. The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered in the event that the scheduled event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or relocated for any reason whatsoever.

12. The prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or other goods and services.

13. All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Winner(s) cannot change, vary or substitute or extend any element of the prize in whole or part.

14. If the winner is unable to fulfill the prize during the time period, the winner forfeits the prize package with no compensation or further liability of the Promoter. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

15. If the prize or portion of the prize is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.

16. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

17. Entries not completed in accordance with the rules and conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

18. Prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Where prize is awarded in the form of a voucher/letter/ticket or pass, the Promoter shall not be liable for any voucher/letter/ticket or pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of voucher/letter/ticket/pass is subject to terms and conditions stipulated on voucher/letter/ticket/pass. Redemption of the prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions and guidelines of the accommodation venue and the activity service provider.

19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) participation in the promotion and/or (g) redemption of a prize.

20. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoters reserve the right (subject to reference to all relevant state and territory regulations) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

21. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoters reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written direction given by a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion, as appropriate. The Promoters assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries. By entering the promotion, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the promotion, from the Promoters and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.

22.The Promoters, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to those who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or has engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

23.The Promoters may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 18th November at 10am AEST at Madison Magazine, in order to distribute any prize unclaimed by this date.

24. All entries become the property of the Promoters. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Promoters Privacy Notice. For madison’s Privacy Notice see contents page for location in the August issue.

25. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
