Terms and Conditions
“Recycled Craft” Promotion – Conditions of Entry1 Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the “Recycled Craft” Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

The Promotion commences 25 July 2011 at 10:00am AEST and closes 25 November 2011 at 10:00am AEST (Promotion Period).3 Entry is only open to Australian residents who are members of Kleenex Mums. If you are not already a member you can join online at
www.kleenexmums.com.au. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter who are directly involved with administering this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4 This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

To enter (Entry) the entrant must:(1) log onto www.kleenexmums.com.au/promotions (Kleenex Mums Website);
(2) click on the competition links featured throughout the Kleenex Mums Website or as featured on the Kleenex Mums Website to enter the Promotion;
(3) complete all the information requested for Entry into the Promotion including:
(a) personal contact information;
(b) a photo of your ‘recycled craft’ creation;
© a title for your ‘recycled craft’ creation; and
(d) a tip for making your ‘recycled craft’ creation;
(4) follow the link in the email sent by the Promoter to confirm Entry into the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period.Judging of Entries
6 All Entries, including the ‘recycled craft’ creation and the photo of your ‘recycled craft’ creation must be the sole work of the entrant. The ‘recycled craft’ creation can be any art or craft creation made from leftover household items, including but not limited to empty paper towel rolls, milk bottle lids, empty egg cartons, empty toilet paper rolls, (e.g. a toilet paper roll angel).
7 Entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time the entrant confirms the Entry by following the link in the email sent by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.

An entrant may enter more than once. However each Entry must be accompanied by a photo for a new ‘recycled craft’ creation.9 The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected Entry.
10 The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs/ viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
11 Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will void the entrant’s entry.
12 The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entries which do not meet validation criteria or which are not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
13 All valid entries received during an Entry Period will be individually judged by a expert panel appointed by the Promoter on the judging date and all subsequent judging dates having regard to the overall quality of the Entry including creativity, novelty, composition, creative merit and originality at 12:00 noon AEST at Kimberly Clark Australia, 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point NSW 2061 on the following judging dates:

15 Each winner as determined by the expert panel at each Judging Date will be notified in writing by e-mail within two (2) days of the relevant Judging Date. The name of the winner at each of the Judging Dates will be published on the Kleenex Mums Website on the following dates:

16 All valid Entries received throughout the Promotion Period will also be uploaded to the Kleenex Mums Website on the “Recycled Craft” page together with the following information:
(1) the photo of the ‘recycled craft’ creation;
(2) the title of the ‘recycled craft’ creation;
(3) the tip for making the ‘recycled craft’ creation;
(4) a Facebook “likes” button; and
(5) the total number of Facebook ‘likes’

All valid Entries uploaded to the Kleenex Mums Website on the “Recycled Craft” will be judged by the public throughout the Promotion Period (Popularity Vote).18 Vote will have a Facebook ‘likes’ button next to their entry on the Kleenex Mums Website. The public will vote for their favourite valid Entry by clicking on the ‘likes’ button next to the valid Entry. The total number of Facebook ‘likes’ of a valid Entry will be automatically updated whenever the ‘likes’ button is clicked by the public for a valid Entry. The valid Entry with the most ‘likes’ at the end of the Promotion Period will win a Prize.
19 In the event that more than one valid Entry in the Popularity Vote has the most ‘likes’ at the end of the Promotion Period, the Promoter will have the final and decisive vote to determine the valid Entry in the Popularity Vote with the most ‘likes’.
20 The winner of the Popularity Vote will be notified by email on 27 November 2011 and published on the Kleenex Mums Website by 29 November 2011.
21 If any Prize is not claimed by 26 February 2012, the winner(s) will forfeit his or her prize. The Promoter may award a forfeited prize to the next-best entry(ies) as determined by the expert panel appointed by the Promoter. The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified by email on 28 February 2012. The winner of any unclaimed prize will be published on the Kleenex Mums website by 1 March 2012.
22 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute
Prize
23 The Prize consists of a year’s supply of Kleenex Cottonelle Toilet Paper and Viva Paper Towel. The year’s supply of Kleenex Cottonelle Toilet Paper includes 50 packs (each containing 6 packs) of Kleenex toilet tissue valued at $214.50. The year’s supply of Viva Paper Towels includes 24 twin packs of Kleenex Viva paper Towels valued at $95.76. (Collectively the Prize). There are 5 Prizes to be won.
24 Total prize value is up to a maximum of $1,551.30. The value of the Prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
25 The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where the Prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
General
26 All tax liability arising as a result of accepting the Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
27 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Promotion or receiving, taking or using the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
28 If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Entry.
29 If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
30 All entries become the property of the Promoter.
31 By entering this Promotion, you grant the Promoter an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use and exploit the photo of your ‘recycled craft’ creation and your tip for making your ‘recycled craft’ creation by all means whatsoever (including, without limitation, in print and electronic format). In addition, you consent to the Promoter and the Promoter’s related body corporates and agents infringing your moral rights in the photo of your ‘recycled craft’ creation and your tip for making your ‘recycled craft’ creation for an indefinite period of time by:
(1) not naming you as the author of the photo of your ‘recycled craft’ creation and your tip for making your ‘recycled craft’ creation; and
(2) amending or modifying (whether by changing, adding to or deleting/removing) any part of the photo of your ‘recycled craft’ creation and your tip for making your ‘recycled craft’ creation.
32 The photo of your ‘recycled craft’ creation and your tip for making your ‘recycled craft’ creation (with or without attribution to the author) may be reproduced on the Kleenex Mums Website for an indefinite period of time.
33 The winners agree to participate in any news media activities surrounding the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winners’ name, voice, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation.
34 The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request). By entering into this Promotion, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
