The Mechanic
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Conditions of Entry. 2. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over, with a current Civic Video membership (“Members”). Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015. 3. The competition commences 21st July 2011 and ends 22nd August 2011 at 4pm. The winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on 5th September 2011 at 4pm. 4. Limit one entry per rental or purchase transaction of “The Mechanic”. Entry must be on the original entry form provided by store or via the official competition page on the Civic Video website at
www.civicvideo.com.au. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim the prize if the winner declares purchase as validation for entry. 5. To enter customers must rent or buy “The Mechanic” during the promotion period (21st July 2011 to 22nd August 2011) at Civic Video Pty Ltd, complete the entry form at the counter and place it in the draw, or enter online at
www.civicvideo.com.au. 6. The first 10 valid entries drawn will win a Nokia X7 mobile phone and The Mechanic on Blu-ray. 7. The Nokia X7 is valued at $649 (RRP) and The Mechanic Blu-ray is valued at $49.95 (RRP). Each prize pack is valued at $698.95. Total prize pool is valued at $6989.50. 8. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the prize. 9. Winner(s) will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 19th September 2011. 10. The prize, and any portion of the prize, is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 11. Unclaimed prize will be drawn on 12th December 2011 at Civic Video Pty Ltd, 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria at 4pm. Winner(s) from unclaimed prize drawn will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 26th December 2011. 12. Normal membership conditions apply. 13. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. 14. The promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. 15. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the prize.
