TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.   The promoter is The Herald & Weekly Times Pty Ltd (ABN 49 004 113 937) of 40 City Road Southbank, Victoria 3006.

2.   Instructions on how to enter form part of the conditions of entry.  Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3.   Entry is only open to residents of Victoria. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, directors, management, related companies, and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.  Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin

4.   To enter, readers must complete and submit the electronic entry form available online at www.heraldsun.com.au/superkick, within the Herald Sun SuperKick iPhone App, and within the Herald Sun SuperKick iPad App   

5.   Competition starts at 12.00am (AEST) on 29/07/2011 and closes at 11:59am (AEST) on 02/09/2011.

6.   Winners will be drawn at The Herald & Weekly Times Pty Ltd (ABN 49 004 113 937) of 40 City Road Southbank, Victoria 3006.

7.   On 12/08/2011, 19/08/2011, 26/08/2011 and 02/09/2011 at 3.00pm ten (10) winners will be drawn at random. There will be a total of 40 winners.

8.   Entries received by 11.59am on the day of each draw will be included in that day’s draw and all subsequent draws.

9.   The time of entry will, in each case, be the time that the entry form is received by The Herald & Weekly Times.

10.   Only one prize per entrant. Winners will be removed from the pool for subsequent draws.

11.   Multiple entries will not be accepted.

12.   Each winner will receive a Kangaroo Brand Sherrin Football valued at $120. Total prize pool value is $4,800.

13.   Winners will be notified by phone and email and published on heraldsun.com.au ach Monday following the draw.

14.   Prizes will be posted to winners by 16/09/2011.

15.   The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16.   All prizes which remain unclaimed will be entered into an official unclaimed prize draw.
17.   The unclaimed prize draw will be drawn on 02/12/2011 at 3.00pm at The Herald & Weekly Times Pty Ltd (ABN 49 004 113 937) of 40 City Road Southbank, Victoria 3006.
18.   The Promoter, their agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries.

19.   The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.

20.   If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter will endeavour but is not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.

21.   The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for the prize being damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.

22.   To the full extent permitted by the law, The Herald and Weekly Times exclude liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity revenue or profit) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion.
