Imagine going about your every day fresh food shopping and scoring a $50 Westfield Gift Card. Imagine not having to worry about finding the money for your next petrol stop. Purchase your fresh food from Westfield Tuggerah between now and the end of August and this dream might just become your reality.
Shop at Specialty Fresh Food retailers on level 1 and 2 between now and 31 August 2011 spending the minimum required as specified at the participating store, for your chance to win a $50 Westfield Gift Card every day. Plus all entries go in the draw to win $1000 worth of petrol!
When you spend the minimum required amount at the participating store you will receive an entry form. Simply fill out your entry form and pop it into one of the barrels located in the fresh food precinct on level 1 and level 2. Be sure to keep a copy of your receipts as proof of purchase.

The promotion commences at 9:00am on Monday 18 July 2011 and concludes at 5:30pm on Wednesday 31 August 2011. The barrel will be emptied at the end of each day and the winner of the daily $50 Westfield Gift Card will be announced the following morning. The winner of the grand prize of $1000 worth of petrol will be announced on Thursday 1 September 2011.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies/retailers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Promotion commences on Monday 18 July at 9.00am and concludes on Wednesday 31 August, 2011 at 5.30pm.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. To be eligible to enter, individuals must spend the advised amount in participating specialty fresh food retailers in one transaction during the promotional period. Supermarkets are not included.
5. One entry per transaction and receipt must be retained as proof of purchase.
6. Promotion commences on the date indicated in Item 2. Entries close on the date and time indicated in Item 2. All times indicated are AEST/AEDST unless specified otherwise.
7. The value and type of the prize is $3,150, this includes 43 x daily prizes of $50 Westfield Gift Cards and a major prize consisting of 1 x $1,000 Woolworths Petrol Voucher.
8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
10. Total prize pool value is indicated in Item 7. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
11. Any prizes that remain unclaimed at the end of the promotional period will be distributed at random by the Promoter in that Westfield Shopping Centre.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
14. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
