Terms and Conditions:
The Promoter for the "Benjibox" competition (the "Competition”) is MyInvites Pty Ltd, PO BOX 1393, Manly NSW 1655 A.B.N. 13 126 549 817 ("the Promoter”, "MyInvites”). Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
The competition commences 12:01 AEDT, Wednesday 3rd August 2011 and closes 17:00 AEDT Wednesday 31st August 2011 ("Competition Period”).
Entry is open to Residents of Australia that are aged over 18, and who are not: (i) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with the competition, or (ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors. Immediate family means spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), and whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
How to Enter: Entrants must, during the Competition Period, visit the competition webpage, confirm they are a 'fan' of the myinvites.com.au and Benjibox Facebook pages -

http://www.facebook.com/benjibox.com.au (Benjibox) and answer the following question in 25 words or less: "What is your Super Spring Cleaning tip?” The answers to the competition question received by the closing date will then be verified and, if accepted, will be eligible to win one of two (2) prizes (detailed in Clause 9 below).
4a. Entries must be: (i) the original, independent creation of the entrant; (ii) owned by the entrant; and (iii) free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.
4b. Entries must not: (i) have been published previously; (ii) have won prizes or awards in other competitions; (iii) be restricted in any way; or (iv) infringe any third party rights. 4c. It is a condition of the awarding of each prize that the winner must, if requested to do so by the promoter, sign and return any of the following provided to the winner by the Promoter; Affirmation of Eligibility to Enter, Ownership of Entry, Release, and Compliance statements. The failure to comply with such a request will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
Two (2) winners will be chosen on the 2nd of September. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be judged on creative merit and originality.
Winner Notification and Publication. The winners will be notified by email and may also be notified by telephone within 7 days of the judges decision, using the details provided in their entry. Winners will also be announced in myweekend, the myinvites.com.au weekly email member newsletter and on the MyInvites Facebook page. In the event that a prize is not claimed, the judges will select an alternative winner to receive the prize. The final decision on the winners will be at the sole discretion of MyInvites. The result of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Ownership of Entries. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. MyInvites are entitled to use any of the entries submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including (but not limited to) for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. Entries without the required information will be deemed incomplete and will not count towards an entry into the competition.
Two (2) winners will each receive a 'Benjibox' pack consisting of 20 benjibox clear shoe boxes, 3 benibox booty shapers and 1 benjibox bag bangle. Each prize is valued at $250 including GST and delivery. Total prize draw is valued at $500 based on the recommended retail value at the time of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. All prize values are in Australian dollars. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is for some reason unavailable; subject to gaming authority approval.
Fulfillment and delivery of each prize is the responsibility of Angelworks Consulting Pty Ltd, ACN: 108 692 195, Trading As "benjibox.com.au” who is the official promotional partner. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods and services. Winners must take the prize as offered.
MyInvites reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of membership to MyInvites, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. MyInvites will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.
The winner releases the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoter or the prize.
