2) Tell us where your ideal IsoWhey® Getaway destination would be and what activities you would engage in to promote your health and wellbeing during your stay.*The winner will be required to keep a travel diary of their Getaway (in the form of blog posts, status updates and video content). In order to make this possible, we're giving the lucky winner a Flip Cam digital video recorder.
Please note that the competition is ONLY open to entries by IsoWhey® Facebook Fans. The winner may choose to take a friend or family member with them on the getaway, but if costs exceed $3000, the winner is responsible for all additional costs incurred.

IsoWhey® Getaway Contest Official Rules.
Entry into the IsoWhey® Getaway Contest constitutes acceptance without modification of the following Official Rules.
This Contest is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over.
Employees of FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. and their family members are not eligible to enter this Contest.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the IsoWhey® Getaway Contest.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
Information provided by the entrant is not owned or held by Facebook. For more information on how FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. uses and protects any information that you provide, view the FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. Privacy Policy.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence on winner selection will be entered into.
Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest is prohibited and any entries deemed by FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event that a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. is not responsible for problems downloading or uploading any Contest-related information to or from the web site or for any other technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, failure of any electronic mail entry to be received by FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet or the web site, or any other technical problems related to web site entries including telecommunication miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled or misdirected communications.
Acceptance of the Contest prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner's name, hometown, video, voice, prize won and Contest responses for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Submission of an entry grants FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. the right to record, copy, publish, use, edit, exhibit, distribute, perform, merchandise, license, sublicense, adapt and/or modify such entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation and without any compensation to the winner.
All entries must be received by the specified Contest closing date of September 30, 2011.
Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt submissions will not be accepted.
It is a condition of entry that all Contest entrants 'like' the IsoWhey® Facebook Page.All images/videos submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any photographic competition. All entries must be original content and cannot contain any plagiarised or copyrighted material.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images/videos they submit have been taken with the express permission of the subject and do not infringe on the copyright of any third party or any intellectual property laws.
Images and video entries must be G-Rated (no violence, nudity). As a condition of entry applicants agree not to publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, lewd, indecent or unlawful material, content or information.
Entries must be submitted through the Contest application and will not be accepted through third parties or e-mail.
The winner of the IsoWhey® Getaway Contest will be determined based on the following criteria:
- Creativity, originality and sophistication of diary entry submission -25%
- Demonstrated interest in health and wellness -25%
- Proven social media presence of entrant (including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or blog) -25%
- Convincing explanation of why the chosen destination and activities promotes health and wellness -25%
Entries are limited to one per person.The winning entrant will receive:
- A Flight Centre voucher valued at $3,000 to the destination specified in the entrant's Contest submission.
- A Flip Camera to be used by the winner to complete a video entry as part of the winner's obligation.
- An IsoWhey® Travel Pack which includes: 1 Tub of IsoWhey® Complete, 5 IsoWhey® Snack Bars and 1 IsoWhey® Gym Pack.
All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, sold or traded.
The winner must use their Flight Centre voucher before the expiry date specified (one year after the voucher has been purchased).
The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the Contest, by October 7, 2011.
By submitting an entry, each entrant grants an irrevocable, perpetual license to FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. to feature any of the submitted content in their publications, websites and/or promotional material.
The winner may be required to take part in publicity related to this Contest.
Events may occur that render the Contest itself or the awarding of the prizes specified impossible due to reasons beyond the control of FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. reserves the right to vary or amend the Contest at their discretion. The entrant must agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The Contest winner must agree to complete the following tasks:
Submit one written entry (150 words or more) for each day spent at the holiday destination. The written entries must be supported by either four photographs or a 2 minute video of a similar nature to the written composition used to enter the IsoWhey® Getaway Contest. These entries will then be uploaded onto an appropriate online medium to be selected at the discretion of the FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. marketing department.
At the end of the holiday, winners will be required to write a 500 word reflection outlining holiday highlights and detailing the activities that they participated in whilst on holidays. All content submitted must be G-Rated and no explicit content is to be shared with the general public.
If the winner agrees to accept the Flip Camera as a prize, video content must be filmed and uploaded as part of the diary entry.If the total cost of the holiday exceeds $3,000 then any extra charges incurred will be the responsibility of the prize winner and will not be paid by FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd.
If the Contest winner accepts all prizes and does not complete the tasks required of them then they will be liable to pay for the full amount of the prize ($3,000 voucher, IsoWhey® prize pack and Flip Camera).
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Grand Prize winner will be notified by October 7, 2011. Conduct of the Contest is under the supervision of FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. The winner will be notified in person and/or by phone and/or by email or mail/express mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry. FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. shall have no liability for any potential prize winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential prize winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, any potential prize winner does not respond within (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential prize winner, such potential prize winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Alternate winner will be defined as the next runner-up as determined by the Judges. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules; or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected.
DISQUALIFICATION/FORCE MAJEURE: FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, or stolen submissions or prize notifications. FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner; or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest; or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; and FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Contest if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Contest is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond the control of FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. have destroyed or severely undermined to any degree the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Contest as contemplated herein. No entries received prior to termination will be included in the judging/voting. In the event that an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Contest as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire; flood; natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means; earthquake; explosion; labor dispute or strike; act of God or public enemy; satellite or equipment failure; riot or civil disturbance; terrorist threat or activity; war (declared or undeclared); or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation; public health crisis (e.g. SARS); order of any court or jurisdiction; or other cause not reasonably within the control of FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd. is not responsible for any claims arising from technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; and any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to the entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entrant's participation in the Contest.
