Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over only. Employees of the Promoter, advertising agencies and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
All persons redeeming this prize must be 18 years and over.
Only one entry per person will be permitted.The promotion commences on 1st August 2011 and closes 5pm AEST on 31st August 2011. The judging will take place at the Promoter’s premises and will begin on Thursday 1st September 2011. The winner will be notified by email using contact details provided in their entry.
This is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the question provided. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that the AFL or NRL Footy Show Grand Final is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled or relocated for any reason whatsoever. The winner (and their companions) must be available to travel on a Thursday between 3rd September 2012 to 28th September 2012. The AFL or NRL footy Show Grand Final dates and venues will be subject to Nine Network scheduling and availability. More information will be provided at the time of winner notification.
Corporate Box Tickets includes 10 seats a private fully catered for Corporate Box at the winner's closest stadium from the list of stadiums provided. The location of the Corporate Box will be determined by the promoter at it's complete discretion. Any other meals and drinks (unless specified) are at the expense of winner. (The Corporate Box Tickets is a general admission only and does not include the winner being able to participate in any initiation only or restricted access components of the event). The winner will be provided a list of dates they can redeem the prize upon winner notification. This component of the prize is subject to availability at the time of booking.
V8 Super ride vouchers by Red Balloon component of the prize must be redeemed in full by 1 September 2012. Prize will be awarded in the form of a voucher. Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. All 10 x V8 Super ride vouchers by Red Balloon must taken and redeemed at all the same time. This component of the prize cannot be separated into separate bookings.
Changes to flight schedules may require additional overnight accommodation at either commencement, during the itinerary, or on completion of the trip which is at the winners expense.
The winner (and their companion) are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to taxes, surcharges, spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.
Transport to and from Departure point including but not limited to additional Domestic airfares if required, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions. Prize also excludes medical expenses, items of a personal nature, beverages, optional tours not outlined, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights, room upgrades or other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize other than those specified. These costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Any extension to the duration of the prize is at the winner’s sole expense and subject to availability at the time of booking. For the removal of doubt, taxes for domestic travel are included in the prize winning domestic airfares provided by the Promoter.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required from the winner at check-in of the hotel for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
Prize values are based upon the full fare prices at the time of competition terms lodgement. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
Unless expressly stated in these conditions of entry all other expenses (including travel to and from the departure point) become the responsibility of the winner.
The prize (or any part thereof) cannot be sold, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash.
The winner (and any companions) must travel on the same dates, depart from and return to the same point of departure and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Standard conditions for tickets and accommodation apply. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will not be compensated for unused portions of the prize.
All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Any unused balance of any voucher or gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of any voucher or gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including (but not limited to) those specified on the voucher or gift card.
The prize does not include any installation or set-up of any of the products.
Products included in prize package (including but not limited to titles, colour, design, sizing, model, finish, style etc) will be determined by the promoter in its complete discretion. All prizes must be taken as offered.
In acceptance of the prize, the Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the winner.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods and services.
Entries not completed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
If for any reason a winner does not redeem an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
