Huggies is giving away a Volvo in the 2011 Huggies Win a Volvo Competition.

Huggies, your favourite Australian baby care website, wants to give you the chance to drive away in a brand new Volvo T5S V50*, simply by entering our online, ‘win a Volvo’ competition! If you are pregnant, or thinking about having a baby then the Volvo might just be the car for you.

Huggies wants to put one of our members in the driver’s seat of a Volvo T5S V50. The winner will transport their family and all their baby essentials in style, as well as enjoy peace of mind from driving one of the safest cars on the road.

To have your family travelling in comfort and style enter once a week for your chance to win a car valued at RRP $50,408 (incl GST) from Volvo and Huggies.
How to enter

1. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register by entering your details in the green box below and join now. If you are already a member (and haven’t signed-in yet), click on the box “Sign in now” at the green box below to log in.
2. Once you’ve registered or entered your sign in details, click on the “Enter promotion” button; then
3. You will be taken to the next step where you will be asked to confirm your details;

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the “Win a Volvo with Huggies®” Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. The Promotion commences 00:00:01 AEST on Monday 8th August, 2011 and entries close at 11:59:59 AEST on Monday 31st October, 2011 (Promotion Period).

3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18+ years and members of the Huggies® Baby Club or Huggies® Mum To Be Club. If you are not already a member, you can join online at www.huggies.com.au. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
(1) log onto www.huggies.com.au (Huggies® Website);
(2) follow the links to the Promotion;
(3) complete the on-line entry form (with all information entered correctly); and
(4) press ‘enter’ to enter the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period.

5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.

10. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed in a draw to be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred Street Milsons Point, NSW 2061 on Thursday 3rd November, 2011 at 10:00 AEST. The first valid entry drawn electronically at random will win the Prize.

11. The winner will be notified in writing by mail and by telephone on Monday 7th November 2011, and the winner’s name will be displayed on the Huggies Website and published in The Australian on Wednesday 9th November 2011.

12. In the event that the Prize remains unclaimed for a period of 3 months, the Promoter shall conduct a further draw for the unclaimed prize at the same place and time as the original draw on Wednesday 15th February 2012. The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing by mail within 2 working days of the draw and their details will be published in The Australian on Wednesday 22nd February 2012.

13. The Prize consists of:

• 1 x new 2011 Volvo T5S V50 base model vehicle, including GST plus dealer delivery, registration, CTP and stamp duty (which value will vary depending on which State the winner resides). The winner will be able to choose the colour of the prize vehicle dependant on stock availability at the time of the draw. The winner will take delivery from the Volvo dealer nearest to their residential address.
• The Prize is a Volvo T5S V50. The picture is for illustrative purposes only. The pictured R Design alloy wheels are not standard for the Volvo T5S V50

14. Total prize pool is up to a maximum of $50,408

15. The value of the Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date. The Prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the Prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.

16. The winner will be required, at their own cost, to collect the Prize from their closest Volvo dealer. The Promoter will make the Prize available to the winner within 28 days of the draw.
