1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions of entry. 2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3. The promotional period commences August 15, 2011 and closes 11:59pm (AEDST) September 5, 2011. 4. Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be submitted for judging. Judging will take place at the Promoters premises on 6 September 2011. Judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing. 5. It is the winners’ responsibility to provide accurate contact details. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. 6. Participants may enter the promotion as follows. During the promotional period all valid entrants who visit the Cosmopolitan website www.cosmopolitan.com.au, and then answer in 25 words or less “Who is your favourite DJ and why?”. Entry must also include the entrant’s name, daytime phone number and mailing address. AND the entry must not be, without limitation: a) late; b) delayed; c) incomplete; d) incomprehensible; e) unlawful; f) obscene; g) defamatory; h) discriminatory; i) libellous; j) threatening; k) pornographic; l) harassing; m) hateful; n) racially or ethnically offensive; o) capable of encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offence; p) capable of violating any law; q) capable of giving rise to civil liability. 7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at anytime during or after the promotional period, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process (including but not limited to tampering by way of the utilisation of techniques designed to avoid the payment of postage costs) or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The total individual prize is valued at up to $250.00 The total prize pool is valued at up to $1250.00. 13. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that the She Can DJ Final event is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled or relocated for any reason whatsoever. 14. Ticket to She Can DJ Final event is general admission only and does not include the winner being able to walk the red carpet or participation in any initiation only or restricted access components of the event. Any other meals and drinks (unless specified) are at the expense of winner. 15. Prize does not include transfers to and from the winner’s place of residence to the hotel or any domestic travel to Sydney. These costs are the responsibility of the winner. Prize does not include travel to and from the event venue. These costs are the responsibility of the winner. 16. Redemption of prizes is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Prizes do not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. 17.
