EXTRA CLUE on Twitter:

AT_by_Samsonite American Tourister
BONUS CLUE O'CLOCK! "From our lowest point, we are 494 768 000cm away". #AmericanTourister #WIN #PSIt'sFriiiiiiiiiiiiday!!

JR: I just did a distance calculation (on timeandate.com) for Hobart to Bali, which came up with 4,914 kms.  That would seem broadly consistent with the distance from our "lowest point" being 494768000cm (4,947 km)

CLUE #6 “We could survive on these for 2,400 minutes”.

From the guidelines for the 40 hour famine http://www.worldvision.com.au/40hourfamine/Prepare/Guidelines.aspx

Quote
Feel free to eat energy sweets (like barley sugars) occasionally.

So this confirms the destination is "Barley"... I mean "Bali"  Very Happy

CLUE #7 - and we're in heaven (in a good way 'cause it's the weekend...). We promised you double the action, so here's your second load peeps!!

"We made ourselves a “mix-mix” tape including our fave song..."

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BO0aNOpOYF0

This is the Beach Boys song called Vegetables - I have no idea what this clue means. I guess it might be because the prize is close to a beach???

Update: Bali (which is full of Beach Boys) is 90% Hindus - and Hindus are mostly vegetarian

I did a bit of research and Lake Eyre is the lowest point in Australia (-15m). If you enter the coordinates of Lake Eyre into http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/ and then enter the radius of 4947km, Fiji falls just inside the radial line. I was also thinking the only thing missing from the previous clue was a cruise boat...so it could be a flight to Fiji and then a cruise.

American Tourister Australia
And it's two fat ladies over here, tucking into juicy CLUE #8 - "We sat at the bar sipping on a cocktail putting 2 and 2 together with our mate below (pictured)."

Apparently the picture is of Tommy Lee. So putting 2 and 2 together I get "Bar-Lee"

Going by the clues, it must be Bali.

It's a shame their clue regarding the lowest point isn't correct, as the lowest point in Australia is Lake Eyre and it's less than 4000km away from Bali.

TEN is such a good number. Wish there were TEN days in a weekend...

In keeping with the theme of our love of everything TEN, here's CLUE #10 - the LUCKY last clue!

"When AT travelled to our second mystery prize destination, we couldn’t help but swing our hips to the sound of the music. We did the 'Shopping Trolley', the 'Sprinkler', the 'Keckack', and the 'Running Man'."

Comp closes at midnight guys, so don't forget to enter at
