Competition: Win a Hewlett Packard calculator
1. These terms and conditions govern the conduct of, and entry into the “Win a Hewlett Packard Calculator” Competition (“Promotion”). Entry into this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Information on prizes & how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
3. The promoter of this Promotion is Trader Plus (EMD Enterprises) of 5/214 Bay Street, Brighton, VIC 3186.
4. Entry into this Promotion is only open to residents of Australia. Directors, officers, management and employees of Trader Plus and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this Promotion.
5. Entries into this Promotion will only be accepted between 1st August 2011 and 30th September 2011 AET.
6. To enter the promotion, participants must complete the promotion entry form in full on the Trader Plus website (traderplus.com.au). Participants must provide their contact details as requested in that entry form. Maximum of one entry per participant. Each valid entrant is eligible to win only one prize. The entry form must be completed and correctly completed online.
7. All participants are required to provide a reason why they are the most deserving winner of the HP20b Calculator .
8. The competition entries will be judged at 10am on October 4 at the offices of Trader Plus.
9. If the winning entrant is not present at time of the judging, they will be notified by email or by telephone within 3 business days of the draw.
10. In the event of the Prize not being accepted or claimed within 3 months of the draw, the judging panel will select a winner from the remaining competition entries.
11. We accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
12. We expressly reserve the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as we deem fit and our decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters the Promotion. No correspondence in relation to the exercise of our discretion will be entered into. We expressly reserve the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
13. We accept no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, or misdirected submissions.
14. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or economic loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. We shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received.
16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond our control, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct beyond our control, we reserve the right (subject to any applicable law) in our sole discretion to cancel this Promotion or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
17. In order for you to participate in this Promotion, we will collect your email address and other contact details. The purpose for collecting this information is to enable us to administer the Promotion and to deliver additional promotional material to you at a later date. By entering this Promotion you agree that we may use the aggregate information collected from this Promotion for related research and marketing purposes, and that your email address will be added to our contact database.. Participants may remove their subscription to our emailing list or call list at any time by emailing “Please remove from email and call list” to
info@wealthcreator.com.au. Winners in this Promotion agree that their identity may be disclosed in our promotional material. The results of the competition will be published on tradersplus.com.au on Tuesday, October 5 2011. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose.
