Win a short break on The Sunshine Coast

Here’s your chance to win a short break of three nights nt at Nautilus  at Mooloolaba on Queensland’s “little piece of paradise” the Sunshine Coast, plus a 4 person pass to the fabulous Aussie World with over 30 thrilling rides and games.

Nautilus Mooloolaba
One of the most popular accommodation choices anywhere on the Sunshine Coast welcome you to stay two nights in a two bedroom apartment where you can enjoy the safe patrolled beach, visit local attractions or tour the hinterland when you’re not taking advantage of all the onsite facilities.

Indulge in the heated pool, spa and waterfall, well equipped fitness room, barbecue entertainment area and the kids will love the mini putt-putt golf and wading pool.

Nautilus is across the road from UnderWater World and The Wharf with open-plan apartments providing every comfort to ensure your stay in this gorgeous part of Queensland is just what you need.

(Prize available during off-peak season)

Aussie World

Other rides include Wild Mouse Rollercoaster, Space Shaker Swinging Ship,  Rock-n-Roll Rebel – so get the wind in your hair and adrenalin in your veins.

During your stay at the Sunshine Coast visit Aussie World for a great time. Feeling hungry? Try a foot long hot dog or burger from Bluey’s Bar & Grill in the famous Ettamogah Pub at Aussie World - on the Bruce Highway, north of the Caloundra exit.

Here’s how to Enter:

Send us the answers to these 3 Questions:

1. Which famous Sunshine Coast icon turns 40 this year?

2. Who named the Glass House Mountains, saying they looked like the huge glass furnaces back in Yorkshire?

3. Who was the much loved wildlife warrior whose legacy lives on at Australia Zoo?

FREE ENTRY
Entry is free, ONE entry per household and a draw will be held if there is more than one correct entry.

Winners will be announced in the next edition and on our website.

Actually, I think you're right, Peppermint.  Australia Zoo opened on June 3rd 1970, so turned 41 this year.  An easy mistake, because when you google 'Aussie icon turning 40', you get 'Australia Zoo turns 40' coming up, but it must be an old post.  I got it wrong, too, Helga22! Confused
