Competition Conditions of Entry
1. To enter fill in the fields below with your contact details and your 200 word (or less) book review as directed. This promotion is open to Australian residents only who with the exception of those related to employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
2. The competition closes 5pm AEST Friday September 23, 2011 subject to Paragraph 8 below. The Promoter, Penguin Books (Australia) accepts no liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on–line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems and/or traffic congestion on telephone networks or lines that cause late or delayed entries, or for any lost and/or misdirected entries not received by the closing date.
3. Competition winner will be judged at 10am AEST, Tuesday September 27, 2011 at Penguin Books (Australia), 250 Camberwell Road, Camberwell, Victoria, 3124 and the winner's name and state will be announced at
www.penguin.com.au/competitions. The winner only will be notified by email. You must claim your prize within 2 days after we notify you.
4. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winners will be judged with regard to written skill and creativity of reply.
5. All entries become the property of Penguin Books (Australia).
6. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The entry judged as the winner will receive a complete set of 200 Popular Penguins books, and a Popular Penguins tote bag valued at approximately $2,010rrp.
8. Participation is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services.
