THE MYER CENTRE: $5 WEEKEND PARKING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTION
1. This promotion is being run at The Myer Centre, 91 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 (the ‘Centre’).
2. A discounted flat rate parking fee of $5 per day will be provided to all qualifying customers on each weekend trading day of the promotional period who present their original receipts and original parking ticket to the Customer Service Desk on Level Q with a minimum $50 purchase at any retailer(s) in The Myer Centre between 10:30 AM and 5:00PM.
3. The minimum $50 purchase amount can be achieved in one single receipt or multiple receipts on the same day of purchase.
4. The parking discount validation can only be received on the day that spend is made.
5. Discounted parking rates are daily rates and customers must enter the car park after 9.00 AM and exit the car park and pay their validated ticket by 6.00PM the same day as their $50 spend.
6. The promotion commences at 9.00am on Saturday June 4th, 2011 and concludes 6.00pm Sunday 30th October 2011. The offer can be revoked at anytime by the Promoter.
7. This offer is only valid on Saturdays and Sundays and excludes Public Holidays.
8. This offer is subject to availability.
9. One parking discount validation may be received per person per day.
10. Original parking ticket and receipts must be validated at the Customer Service Desk on Level Q Centre between 10:30 AM and 5:00PM Saturdays and Sundays.
11. Payment for parking must be made at the automatic pay stations located at all lifts within the car park when you are leaving. Vehicle must be removed from the car park immediately after payment or further fees will apply
12. Car Park staff are unable to discount tickets which have not been validated at the Customer Service Desk.
13. No discount is available for a lost parking ticket Lost tickets incur the maximum daily fee.
14. Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter, retailers and their staff at the Centre and any other agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim.
15. The standard car park terms and conditions of use apply to the promotion.
16. The parking discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
17. A claim that in incomplete, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims for the parking discount voucher and reserves the right to disqualify any claim for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim for a parking discount voucher which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
18. By receiving the Promotion, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Promotion, or using or permitting any other person to use the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
19. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Participation is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic or mail messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
